This store is very comparable to your average grocery store in the US. Lots of fresh produce, bakery, and all the typical items you would normally find in a grocery store. They have a really nice café, my boyfriend loved the coffee he got, and I especially enjoyed my hot chocolate, as they make it with coconut milk which gave it a really wonderful flavor. This grocery store pretty much has everything you need, if you're staying 3+ nights in PR it'd be smart to stop here and load up the fridge, room with stuff you might need the next few days. You can see this place right from the freeway when you get out of the airport, it's right near all the hotels & condos that are on the beach in Carolina. Prices were fair as well.

If you're looking for affordable souvenirs from Puerto Rico (magnets, shirts, paper weights, etc), they only have a few here on the second floor unlike in Walmarts in Hawaii. The souvenir designs are limited and are not as good as the ones in Old San Juan stores. Would recommend going to the souvenir stores in Old San Juan like the ones on Calle Fortaleza.
