The store was mainly an Outlet store, although the selection was more limited compared to other stores, they seemed to sell items much cheaper than store rates, albeit it was still designer prices for a designer label, as one would expect from a brand such as Hugo Boss, the prices too me stood out at being slightly cheaper such as a pair of shoes for £79 or £99 which were reduced from £149, albeit they didn't stock all the sizes or colours they would have in the main store, perhaps which would sell them at full price. On a rather funny note, they didn't even seem to have a pair of shoes I wanted, having sound a nice shoe I wanted on the shelf in a size 8, I was told they had them in 7's, so after waiting a longer time than I'd have expected for my shoes for me to try on, I was told they didn't have a full pair and they only had one, which was confirmed after the staff member looked around the store, and still couldn't find it which I found to be rather perplexing and odd. I couldn't help but joke "Hopefully someone with one foot comes in to buy it then" with my server. The server did seem friendly enough and I feel the slow service to get the pairs of shoes to try on was mainly down to the first pair not being in a size 7 and the second pair... well simply... not being a pair. Due to issues with the stock of shoes, some not even having a pair, and slight issues which I have mentioned throughout this review, I sadly feel this store does not deserve anything more than a two star rating.

The store is quite large, much larger than other Tommy Hilfiger stores nearby, but as an Outlet store it may not sell all of the latest items you may find in other stores and online, that being said the selection here is quite good, and they do have some decent products at decent prices. I do feel the store was slightly more female-orientated, based on my last visit, with some better items for women rather than men, but I guess this is another thing you expect from an Outlet store, with items changing reguarly. The staff seem friendly enough and it's easy to find specific items and sections in the store, so it is well laid out. 4*

This store has been there since Cheshire Oaks opened I think. It seems to sell more men's clothing…read morethan women's. Now and again you can get some real buys here. There are always plenty of jeans in different sizes but some of the tops and shoes are really odd! Staff are really helpful and the décor is as you would expect from Levis grungy, earthy and cool. This could be the place to go for checked shirts at the moment! Prices are cheaper than high street Levi's (which is well beyond my reach!) but still not as cheap as some others on Cheshire Oaks. Depends if you want the red tab or not.
