Coach Ted, Coach Mona and Coach Tyana run an amazing school. We've been going for 11 months now and our boy and I love it. They are very patient with the kids and they have multiple coaches to help the kids with the curriculum. They do an amazing job of teaching the kids jiu jitsu. They've even gotten parents to join their adult class. Ted and his family teach more than jiu jitsu, they teach you about respect, adversity, discipline, confidence and humility. Teddy was my professor at Ralph Gracie San Francisco. I attended the women's class along with other dedicated bjj sisters. Many of whom competed successfully under his instruction. He is a dedicated professor who strives to help his students improve and build their bjj knowledge. His teaching techniques are remarkable. Not only is he a Ralph Gracie black belt, but he also has experience as a physical therapist which is a plus if you ever need suggestions on rehabilitation or tips to prevent future injuries. He has a high level of patience that does not make you feel like a "slow learner" and always encourages his students until they master a technique. I had the opportunity to visit and train here with professor Teddy at his new location. There is ample parking and the entire facility is CLEAN!!
