Waited FORTY MINUTES because they only had TWO WORKERS AT 628pm on a FRIDAY! They forgot our fries on the order even when we gave them the receipt to check! Way too slow since and not worth the wait time only to have items forgotten. I'LL NEVER GO AGAIN!!! read more

my order was incorrect asked the cashier if they remove the mayo and ketchup. it wasn't removed and I order the number 4 but no cheese and mayo and ketchup on my sandwich and the patty was extremely small for combo prices at 10 dollars I called the restaurant and spoke to cashier I'm assuming stated the manager was busy when I asked for the manager name the individual hung up. I ordered the new chicken sandwich before and I really liked it, good piece of chicken. Went beck a couple of weeks later and ordered the same sandwich, took it back to work to eat, opened it up and the sandwich was made with those nasty chicken strips. Had drove too far to turn around. I'm sure they realized they had substituted the chicken, been more honest to say they didn't have it. So this location on Geyer Springs is dishonest , I spent hard earned money on that nasty sandwich so I will spend my money elsewhere. One star is too much. read more

This is my go to for quick snack eating for the gbabies! The $2 chicken bites and fries are perfect for a snack. Prices here are reasonable for the value and the taste is great! No complaints. Right on the corner so it's a quick spot to eat when I'm on the way to my parents house. read more

This is THE most ghetto place. And it's not even the rally's in the ghetto. Don't waste your time sitting in line in the drive thru. You're just gonna sit there for 5 minutes just so they can tell you in a hateful tome that they don't have anything on their sad little menu. The FIRST thing you see when pulling up is a fry seasoned "monstarella sticks" that they DONT have. They don't have funnel cake fries. Like why even go to rally's. I don't like their burgers so I just go for the fries and whatnot. So I literally just sat in the drive thru and wasted 5 minutes after passing where I'd normally eat just to hear they don't have anything that I tried to order except regular fries by a snotty chick who hates her job. read more

On Friday July 20th 2018 we went to rally's and upon returning our food (as the order was incorrect) I witnessed an employee cleaning his nose with his hands and a paper towel. upon seeing this I summoned my husband who was at the window getting our replacement order that we would just like our money back and even sent the correct order back. After cleaning his nose he then proceeded to sniff two sauce bottles to see which one to use on the pending drive thru order. after pouring the sauce on the wings he closed the container and shook the wings (mind you he hasn't washed his hands from when he cleaned his nose). He then uses his hands to scoop the wings around some more and then pours them out of the container into their prospective box. My husband gets back to the window with the correct food (as they already had the incorrect food and was correcting that part of the order) and explains to the drive thru worker what I had just seen. She then calls for the manager who has no customer service skills and apparently no control over her workers as the worker that wiped his nose is talking over her and my husband in the background. He denied wiping his nose (cameras would show otherwise) and then made the statement that my husband was crazy for wanting his money back. Who wants food prepared by workers that are wiping there noses with their bare hands combined with a napkin and then not washing their hands. Also he could use some pants that fit him as after wiping his nose he needed to pull them up (they fell right back down to where they were). The manager on duty needs training on how to handle situations like this and training on how to effectively and efficiently run a restaurant overall. The only true positive to the visit was the drive thru worker. She greeted us, repeated our order to us before we pulled up, and also repeated the order verbally to the workers making the food while we were at the window paying and waiting on our order. read more

The workers here were so rude. Kept ignoring us when we asked a simple question. She kept saying "pull forward". Then when we told her we weren't done with our order she says "uhhhh k?". No manners what so ever. She never gave me my change! Will not return! There are other places I can my business to. Places that will appreciate my business. Would definitely not recommend. read more
