Than brought me different type and brand of shoes to try! Never once tried to push a product or just make a sale. There were more costumers in the store and one could tell they are more interested in giving you as much knowledge and answering all your questions than pushing you to just buy something! They seem to take a lot of pride on what they do and that makes you feel good about walking into a store like that. I ended up buying a pair of running shoes, socks and a sole insert that goes with my specific foot arch. Probably the most comfortable running shoes I have ever had, hope it will make a difference! Don't think twice about walking in there, even if you never jogged or worked out before, they will take their time to put you on the FIT machine that analyzes everything about your feet and show you the perfect shoes, and most importantly, let you make the final decision based on their advice and expertise! This will definitely be my go to store for all running, jogging, workouts shoes from now on!

They busier than normal for evening but were all very pleasant and walked us through the process of getting signed up and going for the fitting. Maggie listen to all my needs and treated like a queen. She made sure I was 1000% sure with my shoe purchase. They had a nice selection of brands to choose from. The pricing was fair and I even qualified for a health care worker discount. The other two young ladies working that even were amazing as well. They all communicated exceptionally to make this shopping experience everything I needed and more. I can't wait to shop at fleet feet in the near future. Anyway, tried them on, one was huge on me so the very next day I went to SUCKS to return it. The woman, then the manager wouldn't accept it saying it looked worn: pointed some little snug on the bottom and wrinkles/creases in some areas that only them saw. I literally got the package after 6pm the day before, so unless I worn them to bed.... it was a real pain to return them, but trying to accuse me of returning an used item- they can go to hell. Sticking to Nordstrom from now on. I prefer being ignored while I shop because I hate talking, but if that's not your thing- prepare to not be acknowledged at all. Oh and shoe department is a joke!

Called customer service number ti see if, I could return at this location. Was told I could. One there, had an issue with not wanting to give me the original payment method. This store wanted to give me a gift card when I had the original receipt with tags. Manager Steve acted as if he wanted to fight as was very rude. Very poor customer service.
