I didn't know really what to ask for other than including a plant that would be enduring. I picked it up in a few hours and it was soooooo beautiful---I almost wanted to keep it for myself:-) Anyway it was a big hit with the doctor and felt it was money well spent. Whoever did the arrangement was very talented with a good eye for plant and color selection, placement of the flowers was pleasing to the eye. They really took the care and time to do something really nice and would use them again.

There are lots of scents to choose from; holiday or non holiday. You could get gifts for everyone here. You can't help but get lotions while your there. When you notice the candle section you may never leave. The scents change seasonally so you have a better variety. Brooke was very friendly and helpful with her expertise. I've been to this bath and body works a few times and every time I go you enter the store and are immediately bombarded by sales people handing you bags then pushing products on you. It feels like they are trying to make you feel bad if you leave without buying anything. It's super uncomfortable. The only thing I will give them is that the lines move really fast. They are keeping things very sanitary, and they always have things in stock. I still wouldn't return though.

Kay's offered no help or any replacement options. They just keep pushing the customer care line on me, which has also proved to be unhelpful. I need a corporate phone number. I got my rings soddered together waited 2 weeks to get it back only to find they soddered my rings on CROOKED. So they sent it in again, two more weeks, re-soddered. My diamond was loose 2 months ago, brought back in.. I didn't even get to wear my ring for my honeymoon due to that, held it for another 2 weeks at min.. today the diamond just fell right out.. they wanted to send it in again, but I refused until I speak to coporate or a manager. I was sobbing at work trying to find it my diamond today. I go for my insurance checkins.. I don't know what to do at this point.., I don't want to keep giving it to them to hold for weeks only for it to be fixed in a shitty way.
