He took his time in our initial phone conversation to understand our unique circumstance. As a result, Vaisman explained the various options to successfully complete the bankruptcy case. Most importantly, he took his time to educate us on with some of the bankruptcy laws that affected our case. His knowledge and experience was clearly demonstrated on our initial phone call. Starting our bankruptcy case with another attorney, we were skeptical and wanted to choose a replacement lawyer that we can trust to successfully complete the bankruptcy case. We found that lawyer in Vaisman because of his prompt response via email, text, and phone. He was always available to answer all of my questions (e.g., day/night, weekdays/weekends). In addition, his demeanor instilled confidence and thus, we always felt comfortable that Vaisman will handle all situations with the case, even if the case was complex. Sometimes, clients similar to us can be in a desperate situation. However, Vaisman never took advantage of our immediate needs and required a reasonable fee for his services.
