If you know Indian food, you would not give this place even one star. The service is good, but the food is terrible. Was thinking about going for French food, but stopped here because I was walking by it and I had noticed this place before. Big mistake.
The waiter messed up my order. Gave me a mixed kabab that I canceled when I ordered the beef biryani. He brought out the mixed kabab. I tried the chicken tikka; it was burnt, and tough. Had two bites or it. Tried the lamb tikka next; same story. Then the shrimp; it was undercooked. And the reshmi kabab; texture of mashed potato, and just like everything else badly seasoned. Then came the biryani. It was like someone put beef curry on rice and mixed it. Taste wasn't good either.
And the salt lassi was runny.
All of the kabab stayed, most of the biryani stayed. Server asked how the kabab was, and told him how I felt. He didn't dare ask about the biryani. I wonder this is how the chef cooks at home.
I paid approximately €45 for this food. I have paid 1/3 that for Indian food a block down the road on the opposite side of the road on the right and finished every bit of the food. That hole in the wall place was much more flavorful and authentic. I don't mean to endorse someone else here, but want people who review this to try both and decide for yourself.
Very disappointed. read more
