She took her time with me and made my eyebrows look absolutely amazing! I usually don't spend much money on self care things such as eyebrows, nails and etc; and tend to do it myself at home but I am definitely going to fit eyebrow threading with Verma into my budget solely for how good my eyebrows look and outstanding customer service. 10/10 recommend.

I've always wanted my eyebrows microbladed but was so worried about the "tattoo" look and let me tell you I was amazed!!!! It was almost like an instant eye lift. Karli is super sweet and spends so much time shaping your brows exactly the way you want them before you give the final approval, and was really gracious and understanding when I asked her a few times to tweek this or that to get the exact brows I wanted. I wasn't the ideal client, kept sneezing and she'd patiently wait for me. Her dedication to cleanliness was reassuring and she followed up with me with my after care. I'm now a true believer in microblading and will never go back to doing them every day with makeup.

I wanted to treat myself to a new hair color and cut for my birthday. I had an appt. with Melissa…read moreValero for 9:30 last Saturday and didn't leave until a few minutes after 6 pm. During this time I had been sitting with bleach on my hair for approx. 6 1/2 hrs. Melissa was texting and talking on her phone throughout the entire stay, periodically walking away or writing things in her appt book. She also worked on 3 other clients all while I waited. I then left the salon with a completely botched haircut and balayage hair color, as well as with dye all over my face. Luckily my sister had advised me to go to Sally's Beauty Supply to purchase dye remover or I would have showed up to work with it on my face. I made an appt with Erin at Essentials in the Marketplace and she was able to fix it as best as she could including having to cut inches off from all the damage. While I was getting my hair fixed I was told Melissa had only dyed patches of my roots. She only partially colored my roots, skipping the crown of my head, and bleached the entire rest of my hair not weaving or leaving out any of my dark color to blend my hair together as opposed to being choppy and contrasted. When I asked for a refund she begged me to allow her to fix my hair, saying it only needed toning. That clearly wasn't accurate as my hair had to be darkened again and color pulled down to break up all of the orange from the bleaching process. In the end I was told by Melissa she would only dye my hair back to the original color it was in, which was quite humorous considering she spent a vast majority of the time telling me how bad black hair dye is. I should also mention that she contacted my friend (whose lady admitted she didn't know how to do balayage's and therefore recommended me to Melissa) attempting to plea with her, instead of responding to my attempts to contact her. I would never recommend anyone to Melissa, because obviously she doesn't know how to put her customers first before her pride or paycheck.
