Before I leave this review may I add that I have sent the following letter to Raj Darbar's contact email address and have received no reply. I was willing to negotiate however with no reply from the management what more can I do. Maybe now I will get a response?

Dear Sir/Madame,
On 12th July at 21:09 I ordered a takeaway from your restaurant; unfortunately the delivery did not arrive until 22:20 - leaving us waiting an hour and ten minutes, I did received a call from the restaurant at 21:57 to inform me that their was a slight delay but was informed that the food would be with us in ten minutes, however it arrived 23 minutes later! I live 10 minutes from the restaurant so I am flabbergasted that it took that long.
When the food arrived the Chicken Korma was lukewarm, the breadcrumbs that the king prawn butterfly was covered in were over cooked, resulting in it tasting like burnt toast and certainly not worth £7.90. The oil that the Onion Bhaji's were cooked in had soaked through the two brown bags that they had been put in; leaving the contents of the takeaway greasy. The Poppadom's were soggy - may I add that most Indian restaurants give Poppadom's and the appropriate condiments to customers free for orders over £20, I have never had to pay for them from any other restaurant, so under the circumstances I would expect them to be edible. Overall it was a very unsatisfying meal, leaving my partner and I still hungry.
As this was the first time I have ordered with you I am very disappointed with the level of service I received from your premises, as a result I would like a full refund of £26.45 to my card that I paid with online.
Yours faithfully,
