Our appointment was at 1:00 PM, and my children were in the dental chairs by 1:04 PM. Heather was incredibly sweet with them. It was my son's first time at the dentist, and even though he was scared and cried a little, she was very gentle and explained every step before starting a procedure. The doctor was also very soothing and took the time to explain the importance of brushing and flossing. My kids were so excited to receive a surprise toy and get to pick out their own toothbrushes. Five stars all the way!
