If you choose recurring (which is 2 times per month) they will leave a bottle even if you don't need any so they collect $30 a month in delivery charges. And the water itself is $14 a bottle so double what the grocery store charges. It is a horrible racket for the sake of "convenience ".

Had these guy out today for small leak on water pex(red plastic) line…read more T-junction. They wanted over $400 to replace a $20 T-connector??? I gave them $50 for the diagnostic fee and sent them on there way. It's amazing to me that companies like this try to charge people outrageous prices for something so simple. I can purchase the tools and parts for less than $70 and watch a Youtube video and do it myself! I was willing to pay $150 just so I didn't have to do it, but not "$400"! Even after the $50 diagnoptic fee, I can still purchase parts and tools and do the job myself and sill be under my $150 thinking!!! Got one more company coming out with free diagnostic look tomorrow we'll see if they're a reputable company.

Seems to have solved the problem of intermittent leaking underneath, and the job's guaranteed for a year. A little pricey, and it's based on a fee for service, rather than an hourly rate. May be 20% higher than the average going rate, but they do nice work, and they give a 10% veteran's discount.
