**Please do your research and read all the fine print before if you decide to go with this…read morecompany** We initially called their "parent" company due to mold/water damage. They were very pleasant to speak with at first. They were able to come out the same day - no problem. We were looking for a company that could both the remediation and the reconstruction all in one, which they assured me they could. The gentleman who came and did the quote, identified the mold and assured us that they could salvage our granite counter and cabinet covers (which they did). He also said that they would do it all including replacing our kitchen sink and put all of our appliances back to normal and the price was all encompassing. That same day, we received our quote and spoke with the office about the pricing an timeline. They said everything could take anywhere from 5 to 7 days depending on the damage. After disclosing everything that we wanted done including the reconstruction, we thought the price was reasonable. When they sent the quote there is fine print that says reconstruction is not included. They didnt send a quote for the reconstruction nor did they say they were sending it later or anytime after. Here's the problem: - I called them to start verbally on a friday, they didnt follow up. I had to follow up with them. They didnt start until the following Thursday. - The left the dehumidifiers running very loudly starting thirsday all the way to monday. On monday, I spoke to them and they were supposed to call me back. The never called me back. - The next morning, their Technician showed up. They didn't call and soon as I open my garage they were standing right there and my kids and I were very frightened. He mentioned that the office should have caught me and set up an appointment but they didn't because they were really busy. We were really shaken up. - I reached out to the office and they apologized for the miscommunication. The office admin said she spoke with my husband (which was a lie and very concerning). She then said that she would reschedule them to come and remove the equip which was fine. However, we were told it would take two days to dry. We are now at day 5. - After the technician remove the equipment he left. No one followed up with us and no one called us. The next thing I knew I was getting a call 2 days later from the inspector coming to test the area. We made arrangements because we want it to get this cleared up as fast as we could. This was on a Thursday. The inspector told my husband that the result should be back by Monday or Tuesday probably Tuesday because Monday would be a holiday. On Wednesday I finally reached out to the office to see what were the next steps. This is the point they inform me that they went need to send out an estimate for the reconstruction about 5k more than the initial quote. This would be our 1st time hearing about this estimate separate from the remediation. We even had our handy man who confirm that their initial guy that gave the quote said that everything was included. - When I escalated the issue the office manager clearly accepted fault for the misinformation and offered 500 off of the reconstruction. Well, at this point we decided we seek other options. We clearly were not prepared for this and they were not open and transparent about the charges. They did not provide full disclosure which was misleading and fraudulent. This did not allows us to plan ahead as our kids and I have been eating out for 2+ weeks. I am NOT a happy customer and DO NOT recommend them. They were not even willing to apply a credit to the Remediation. When they sent the quote there is fine print that says reconstruction is not included. They didnt send a quote for the reconstruction nor did they say they were sending it later or anytime after. If you have time to spare and do not mind about not being fully disclosed use them. This company does not even do the reconstruction. They arent even really affiliated with their "parent" company. There was research done and info provided to us. Super disappointed...and their price was NOT reasonable. You can find someone to do it for at least 1/2 of the price.
