They have just started a new system so when you come in to get your nails done, the cuticle cutters they use on your nails, gets a number which they then record on your card so that when you come back they use those same clippers! This is only a small shop so it is wise to call ahead to either make an appointment or check they aren't too busy. They welcome walkins as well. They use OPI Polish and also use Gelish (Gel polish) and they have a great range of colours. A manicure and pedicure usually costs me $45 which I think is a great price, especially when I get my own clippers and know that there tools are sterilised. They do acrylic and gel nails as well as offer nail art to really give your nails some pizazz! I find after getting my nails done with a gel finish that they don't start chipping for 1-2 weeks depending on how rough I am with them. They have massage chairs as well so at least if you do have to wait you get to enjoy the chairs! Tina is really lovely and its a pleasure to go see her and get my nails done! They have a customer rewards programme too. Each stamp gets you closer to a discount!

Would not recommend and would never go back here. You're better off doing your own nails…read more This was one of the most unorganised salons I'd ever been to. My friend and I made appointments online ahead of time but they didn't seem to care at all and didn't have space for us when we first arrives at out appointed time. Our pedicures were rushed through and they didn't both to rub any of the dead skin off of our feet. They barely understood what we said and also messed up the colour my friend had chosen twice. Before our nails were able to dry at all they put our shoes on and rushed us out of the chairs for the next customers who weren't even getting pedicures. While they put my shoes on to rush me out of the chair they knocked half the polish off of one of my big toes. To fix it she just painted over it again and left a big lump in the middle rather than repainting it. Looks worse than when I paint my toes on my own and didn't even help my feet.
