You can ship to any rainbow store online and they have way more stuff especially clearance!!

Yea 3 stars. This is pretty South Central lol. The clothes are cute sure but they all look like stuff in music videos. Not real life clothes. The prices rival TJMaxx so pretty affordable. Not the nicest people inside as others have said. Hip hop playing. Like I said. There's many of these chains in the area and guessing they're all similar. Didnt find what I wanted surprisingly which was cargo pants in my size. Oh well. read more

On 11/29/24 there was a terrible morning shift manager who instigated a fight with a customer. The manager complained about the customers in the store and began this back and forth with that customer. It was sad. Nice store should have better employees. The staff under this person were extremely nice. Make some changes This is one of the best locations so do better. read more

I walked inside here for the hell of it just to check it out. I was not expecting much. Customer service was not on parr, but I just came inside to window shop, and see what they were all about. I saw a few outfits I liked, and I bought a couple of shirts and pants. Its a ok little thrift kind of place. Nothing real expensive here. read more

The customer service is amazing. The reps are friendly and professional, as well as knowledgeable.

the manager Dora is a negative old woman who needs to leave whatever she going through at the door. For me to be having a positive exchange with the cashier and she just start making comments off what I'm buying is insane. go somewhere else, until she's fired she will ruin your day and her employees all seem depressed you walk in no one says hello. it's the manager they need a new one she's miserable! read more

This store is located on La Brea/Obama, has very POOR communication /customer service which is totally unacceptable I would NOT recommend this store to anyone. Management was very rude and combative and right next to her was an employee who was steady sneezing and NO MASK at all but management (Zada) said nor did a thing, I was only trying to exchange a top that was purchased two days ago and zipper was defective-no receipt at on hand BUT it was purchased through a debit card and that IS a receipt, she then Zada stated the store computer is not designed for review of pervious purchases which is so stupid and un heard of just wanted to put that out there will not ever go back again even though location is convenient. Thank you CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Not MY first time........ read more

This is/was my favorite Rainbow until I experienced Zynada. And she wasn't even dealing with me. She was extremely rude, condescending loud, and mean to the person in front of me. The lady didn't have enough money so she stepped out of line. When she did what she needed to do in her phone, she stepped back into line, and Zynada loudly said over the whole store. "get back at the end of the line". And the lady said well I was already here. Zynada YELLED BUT YOU STEPPED OUT OF LINE BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY, SO GO BACK TO THE BACK! I'M SO EMBARRASSED AND HUMILIATED FOR THE LADY. What I hate the most about poor service is that even when you are dealing with a customer that isn't pleasant, you need to remember that you are getting paid to provide them with a service and they are the ones paying your hourly rate. She did not waltz up into your home, and demand courtesy out of you. She came here and spent and spent money in order to pay your check. read more

Great service while looking for clothes..BUT once you get to the register it's absolutely terrible. They would rather hang up items and return them to the floor all While seeing customers stand in line. High five to the nice gentleman who helped us find what we were looking for and Wanda! Otherwise, they need a new Team of people who actually like helping Customers. read more

I will never go into this unprofessional raggedy store again. Clothes are dirty with people makeup. Wanted to return a bra. The girl said we don't take back bras. Spoke to the manager, she said we have it posted. Need a magnifying glass to see it. Then the unprofessional child at the register started laughing.(Doriann) Is this how they treat you in the hood.Never again!!!!!! read more

Customer service sucks. All the girl employees are talking behind the register not paying attention to the customers. As soon as we get to the register they all leave. The only nice person was the security guy. read more

I like the clothes that Rainbow has, but if you're anything like me you need to try on before you buy. Clothes there fit differently even if they're the same size. The service at that store is horrible!!! There were 3 employees & two made eye contact with me, yet not a single one acknowledged me & let me know that I'd be helped with a room shortly. I don't care if I need to wait for a fitting room because they have a line, but someone needs to acknowledge that they've seen me or else I'll be standing there not knowing. Needless to say, I didn't make a purchase. I don't know if it's like this at every Rainbow but this one has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

After discovering this place - I have been there multiple times. The clothing is great, the pricing is great, and the staff is very friendly. I was thrown off by the reviews that mentioned the staff being unfriendly - it is not true! My first time there, the sales associate made sure I received the 10% discount and helped me do it. Every time afterwards - I've had nothing but positive experiences. read more

Cute, cheap, trendy clothing. Kind of like Style Express. I picked up a couple of sundresses here for about $15 each. Had to return one, did it within 7 days and it was no problem. I would come here to find items that I know I wouldn't be wearing that often, like for vacation, since the stuff is cheaply made. But it's fun to browse around. read more

Best rainbow to go to, they have a great selection and the store is clean and big. Great staff and very friendly. Been shopping there for years. read more

I love shopping for cute, cheap clothes at Rainbow! From here, I got 2 black leggings & 2 cute tops. I don't care if the clothes are cheap; I will buy them as long as they are fashionable and look good on me. read more

Items are great and trendy! They do last depending on what you get. So whoever is saying the items are cheaply made ...hmmm yea no they are made the same way as the items/accessories in the malls without the high price. My items from there last a long time. The customer service is however TERRIBLE. cashiers and floor associates do NOT know how to properly treat guests! They could at least "pretend" to be happy we're shopping there. Ugh! Smh:/ read more

I gave this store 2 stars because they have nice clothes but the service isn't great. I feel like im shopping in a store with no employees. the 3 female employees are at the cash register when there's a line at the fitting room. the reason one of them should be at the fitting room taking care of the line is because you need them to let you in to try your clothes on. I go get one of the employees to let me in. she says all the rooms are full. that's fine...I wait. the employee walks away and goes back next to the register. btw there's only 1 cashier. someone exits 1 of the dressing rooms...I step in to go to to the dressing room that the other customer just left and before I get to catch the door it closes and locks! so I go back to the cash register to get someone to open the door for me because I know there's no one in there, and guess what?...there's only 1 employee visible in the whole store, and she's the cashier helping someone with a purchase. where did the other 2 employees go. to the back stock room, probably. the cashier is calling the other 2 employees, but no one is coming out to see what she wants. at this point im standing in line at the register thinking, I'll just buy the clothes without trying them on and then if they don't fit, I'll bring them back for an exchange or refund. but then in my mind im getting frustrated because it shouldn't be this much trouble to just try some clothes on. and im not going to waste my time buying clothes that might not fit and bringing them back just because this store has employees that don't pay attention to their shoppers needs! so while we're still waiting for someone to unlock the dressing room and come back to the cash register, I hang my clothes on the rack near the cash register and walk out. a word of advice for the store, if you're going to have a fitting room that's locked, have someone available at all times to take care of the customers so we can get in to try on the freaking clothes! shopping is suppose to be fun, not work! just because of this experience, I'd rather drive far out to to see if I get better service. read more
