They told me that my dry cleaning would be ready after 4 PM. I got to the store at 4:20. The were closed. There was no sign on the window indicating why they were closed early. The sign on the door indicated that they were open until five. I called the telephone number from their website but got voicemail. I left a voicemail with my telephone number. They did not call me to tell me they would be closing early. I have been getting my clothes dry cleaned for the past 25 years. I have never experienced service so unprofessional in my entire life. Needless to say, I will never use this dry cleaner again. I encourage everybody who uses this dry cleaner or is thinking about using this dry cleaner to take their business elsewhere!

I liked that the machines were arranged by size, with the larger ones up front and smaller ones in the back--this made everything really easy to navigate. There was plenty of seating, plus vending machines for both laundry supplies and snacks. They even had a children's area with coloring books, which I thought was a really thoughtful touch. The employee I interacted with was very friendly and helpful, and took the time to explain how everything worked. I did two loads of laundry for about $7 and was in and out in around an hour. Honestly, I'd come back just to wash bigger items like comforters since my own machines always struggle with bedding. Definitely a great first laundromat experience!

I don't use a dry cleaner much because I only dress up every so often. Some of my clothes are pretty expensive though. The fact that I've been going here for years is important because of the utter disregard for a loyal customer. If I could give a half-star, I would. I brought an expensive shirt to this dry cleaner, and it was returned completely ruined. Despite the damage, I was still charged ($2.50 *principal* )for the cleaning--an unprofessional move that adds insult to injury. I was told the color bleeding was due to the shirt's design, but I've had this same shirt cleaned before elsewhere without any issues. There was no stain or bleeding on the shirt when I brought it in. When I picked up the shirtThey attached a tag claiming the stain couldn't be avoided, but I disagree. The care label clearly states it can be dry cleaned, which is exactly why I brought it in. This experience was scathing from start to finish. What's most frustrating is being forced to pay for a service that destroyed my clothing. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge others to stay away from this unaffiliated location. And the lady is RUDE.

Came here to wash sleeping bags and other large items following a camping trip. Thank goodness the only functional, commercial-sized washer accepted a credit card, because the change machine was out of order, along with a bunch of other washers and dryers. What should've been a quick, in-and-out, get-it-all-done-at-one-time trip to the laundromat took several hours due to broken machines and machines with other people's stuff left in them. So tempting to toss these inconsiderate people's clean clothes out on one of the tables. Nothing convenient about this place. The second star is only because it wasn't a hundred degrees in here. The first Yelp! reviewer was dead-on. Should've heeded their advice.
