We just visited Rainbow lake Mhp it was really clean and well maintained. Lots of trees and really peaceful. The people are really friendly. Nice to getaway from the busy life and enjoy the mountains. It looks like a great place to live and reasonably priced read more

A nice 55+ diverse community with a small clubhouse. Activities arranged by the residents. Spaces for trailers are a little bigger than normal commercialized parks. Lots of native trees. Well maintained gravel streets. Units sold by plot holders with approval by park owner. No RV's. Library in the clubhouse, kitchen, pool table. Park is wired for cable, with city water and sewer. 50 years in business, and BBB approved. A list of units for sale is maintained on the website. read more
