I was referred to Marketa by my chiropractor in the fall of 2022. It was a very challenging time of my life where I was going through severe grief based anxiety. I have to agree with one of the reviewers here as she discussed Marketa's 'cyber scan' device. Yes, it is absolutely useless way of diagnosing your patients as it generates absolutely bogus information. Marketa's treatment was based solely on the results of this scanning and she sent me home with tons of supplements. There was no personal touch to her treatment. None of her 'cyber scan' findings were accurate in my case . I was under the care of my primary care and had done all the tests. Everything came back normal as I expected. ( I'm a medical professional too)I certainly decided to drop the treatment with Marketa for obvious reasons. What absolutely shocked me that she called me back in about a month after I stopped seeing her that her records show that I had an unpaid balance. Apparently, me going through severe anxiety made her think that I was so oblivious and didn't have the payment records. Obviously, I wrote her back stating and explaining her in details about the dates and the payments I made to her. I'm sure she holds all the credentials and knowledge in her field. Terrible experience and I should have paid attention to the fact that this business had zero ratings anywhere on the internet. I spent $280 for a one hour consult with Marketa that included $30 to overnight ship my hair sample to her. Her "cyber scan" device that she uses as her primary diagnostic tool was a "cyber scam" for me and her consult proved not only inaccurate but dangerous. She told me my main issue was copper toxicity and that I needed more zinc, something that surprised me since my hair mineral test showed no signs of that. Her supplement suggestions were truly terrible for me and the whole thing felt like it missed the mark completely. I ended up taking 3 different kinds of test for copper after our session and every one of them came back that not only was I not copper toxic as Marketa had said but I was copper deficient! When I reached out via email to let her know she took zero accountability and generically replied "I gave it my best. wishing you the best on your healing journey." What a way to steal $250 from someone and provide not only unhelpful information but completely inaccurate and dangerous info for someone working to heal.
