Spending a month in Wausau WI, I've used this place for the last three weeks. Unlike most laundromats, all of the washers and dryer's are pretty new and are not "Out of Order". The washers get your clothes very clean without damaging them, and the dryers are literally the best I have ever used. One dryer cycle for $1.50/30 minutes, will completely dry a triple load! - Highly recommend.

Also some of the doors were off the driers. I'm assuming they don't fix anything that is broke down. So you get 5 minutes a guarter in the driers. But it takes 3 $ to dry a small load. While folding my clothes I smelled mold and something close to cat urine. Yuck!!! The bathrooms are filthy and the two women that work there aren't very friendly. I will NEVER return to this $hit hole again. I would advise others not to as well. The propietor doesn't care about his/her business or any of his equipment.. do not waste your money!!!!

There's an area where they provide reading material; magazines and books. There is one larger table that you, and other person, can have a meal. Parking lot is pretty good size. A lot of people drop off their clothes and take off. One negative thing is that, the cleaners would come in to vacuum mid-day when there is a crowd. I called Spin Fresh to see if they had a washer and dryer that could accommodate a double sleeping bag and they said yes. Once I got there a staff person helped me pick the right size machine to use for the bag ( a 70 pound capacity) and which dryer setting I should use. I was in an out of there within the hour with a sleeping bag that smelled and looked brand new. The laundromat was sparkling clean throughout and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
