Not 1 person wearing a mask I just don't get it. The guy beside me sanitizing the machines however no Mask . I get it's hard for a business to make money today however you need to have the proper protection for yourself plus customers. It should be mandatory for anyone walking In that place to be wearing a mask. Its a very clean beautiful place & sadly I will not return until this pandemic is over. Carelessness of others health is a issue . Do right by your customers and make this mandatory for now

Their business, they expanded into the old convenience store that was next door, I had my own password to the washroom, I never worried about someone's soap leftover in the soap load are it was always taken care of, they swept and mopped regularly everything was clean and I loved coming for this reason. I think they have passed hands cause all of a sudden you can notice a serious difference, soap load is full of previous soap, floors are dirty, random socks and masks laying around, the garbage looks like it's taken out once a week, my password gone. Needless to say it's disappointing for such a great gem in the community to go down. I hope they can pick back up. I would have given this place a 4.5 before.

The newly opened one next to Nofrills and Hair Joy had a very rude owner. It was my first time doing laundry there and since it was new i wanted to try it out. I used three machines and I observed that two of the double loader machines had very little water. I was simply stating my observation to the owner but he would not listen. He said on quote "You're not satisfied? Then I'll refund your money. I don't want your business. Take your laundry, leave and don't come back." It was the first time I went to that laundry place. Maybe the guy was tired and it's been a long day for him but that is not the way to treat a new customer. He set up a business, he should learn how to handle customer opinion. I won't be coming back there anymore. So for those choosing to go to that laundry place make sure to watch your laundry to see if it's getting washed properly. I will just continue doing my laundry here at Washworld.

That's why I was so happy to hear about 'The Wash' from a neighbor, who raved about the nearby business. Her ravings were justified. This laundromat, plus wash-and-fold did exceptional work from start to finish! They picked up my loads in a timely manner, and brought them back just as quickly. Everything was folded beautifully, but what pleased me the most was how my garments and other washables were separated according to category - like a bag for tops, a bag for pants, a bag for sheets etc., Sarah, Nicole and Gary are also very friendly and helpful. Reasonable prices too. I HIGHLY recommend The Wash!

I spent about 10 minutes in the cramped building looking for a sign for the wifi until eventually I called their number. The woman who picked up was rude in that lazy, I don't give a shit attitude as she asked me which coin laundry I was in. After telling her she said that it first didn't work and then that it was taken away because people were abusing it. The inconsistency of her story convinced me that it was never available at this location. When I highlighted that they were advertising as having wifi online she acted disinterested and informed me that it was no problem. I guess I wouldn't have had as much of a problem with this if I a) hadn't been lied to and b) was treated like shot when I asked about it. Addition; A minute after writing this review in the laundromat a tile fell off the wall next to me.

When I returned to pick up the dress after cleaning the once small mark on the back had been enlarged to a huge yellow mark on the entire low back of the dress and the original small mark was also still visible. I asked that the dress be cleaned again and pointed out the mark on the back. A week later I returned and found that not only was the stain not removed but a second large yellow stain was now visible on the front bodice and a third on the back shoulders, plus there was a pink mark now on the back skirt next to the original mark. The woman working the desk said that she would talk to the cleaner who was not there at the time and told me that she didn't know what he did to clean the stains. When I said that it looked like a chemical stain she said we don't use chemicals, and that she thought it looked like water and suggested I let them wash the dress is water which as she put it "water will make the dress shrink, but the stain will go away". I then told her that I brought the dress to a dry cleaner to make sure it woulden't shrink and that all drycleaners use chemicals to clean the clothing. She than told me that she thinks it's a pop stain and that I must have put the stain there and it was not them. I reminded her that I had brought the dress back to her and she had seen the staining from the first cleaning and the second and she knew that it was not caused by pop. I asked for a refund on the cleaning because I was worried that a third cleaning would just cause more damage. She said she would not refund me anything and that she thought that the staining was my fault and she didn't care if she lost my business. I would never go back to them again, and if you care about your clothing than I suggest that you avoid this place at all costs!!!!!
