He ordered the parts and told me he'll be ready to come fix it the next day. Due to my work schedule I was only available at 7pm. He didn't mind it. He charged me to go check it out and that went towards the whole fee. The next day he showed up on time and was able to fix it in 30-40 mins. I really appreciated him coming late. We were supposed to get a call back a day later and we called back three days later and they ask us to wait another two days before we could find out what was wrong. Well we get another call back on the same day and they explain, how something else needs to be fixed and give you an additional quote and ask us for another 3 days for it to be fixed. Then another week and finally ask for an additional 3 days? (WTF?) Another WEEK goes by and they kept having us adding the price to the "small fix" we had call for in the first place. Not only they'd took so long to let us know what was wrong but they took longer to fix the problem. 3 weeks to say if our product can finally be repaired is the most unprofessional and absurd business. So we finally give up on our "expensive fix". You know what this "professional business people" did? They came within HOURS! the same day we called to pick up the remainder parts we don't need anymore. But we can't get an estimate AND SERVICE in one week? With that being said, I paid $350 for what looks like a brand new frost-free machine. I believe it's 15.6 ft.³ & it came w/a 6 month warranty.
