He was very careful to indicate that he didn't want to add anything unnecessary to the point where I was like, no no... please tell me all the things that need to be fixed. In fact, I wish we had fixed even more unnecessary parts of the fence, but he cares deeply about the budget and savings and pointed out which things are great to fix now and which can wait. He was incredibly honest. To make matters better, he came in at a lower price than the other quotes I received, AND he was willing to schedule work immediately (pending mandatory utility checks). My house is in Vienna, VA, and his brother Edwin, who partners with him, came out and did most of the work. They work together. His brother is super kind and patient, and even decided to work on a day with temperatures surpassing mid-90s. Pro-tip: Leave out some cold drinks for your contractors on hot days. In fact, they even added a few extra bonus fixes for me since I had a few rotten fence caps, and he made the broken fence posts look perfect. When the inevitable other parts of my fence start rotting, I'm calling Jose right away.

Can't say enough about the workmanship and professionalism provided by McCormick's. Top notch work, and unlike other contractors who quoted us, McCormick's didn't ask for, nor did they accept a penny until the job was done and we were completely satisfied. While we reached out to a couple of other companies for ideas and quotes, we ultimately decided to go with Leon Fence. Throughout the planning process, we made several adjustments, and the team was always patient and accommodating. Catalino even came out twice to remeasure the area after changes to our yard required a different fence placement. On installation day, Catalino and his team arrived early, well-prepared, and worked efficiently. The entire project was completed in less than two days. Catalino then handed the project over to Jose, who led the installation. He and his team communicated clearly, answered all of our questions, and kept us updated on the timeline. We are extremely pleased with the results and highly recommend Leon Fence for their professionalism, quality craftsmanship, and outstanding customer service.

I totally understand it's past the warranty, but when we went to them for help Because of issues that were coming up They were less than helpful. We had vinyl flooring put in the kitchen and dining room and carpeting in the living room. When they first came out we verbally spoke about a couple of things padding in the living room, having to put plywood in the dining room to meet the existing thresholds, etc. well because we verbally spoke about this, I didn't Thoroughly scrutinize the quote they basically just put in carpeting in the living room flooring in the kitchen dining room. Then when it came to for them to do the job, they didn't bring any padding. They didn't bring the plywood they needed it for the dining room and when I called the company to inquire, they said oh that's extra well because it was a verbal discussion. It was wrong of me to assume upon calling their office. the receptionist was less than friendly and she hung up on me and they wouldn't answer. The phone. Finally got the phone answered issue was resolved, even though we had to pay extra so fast-forward a couple years the LVF in the kitchen is starting to crack, separate & Chipping. So I called and the Rep came out and proceeded to inform us that this flooring was discontinued. He was able to find an extra box and sent his crew out to replace the defective pieces. Well unfortunately they had to use the whole entire box because that's how many pieces they had to destroy taking the flooring up so now the new pieces that they put down are chipping, cracking, and it had only been a month or two. So the owner comes out and does a temporary fix proceeds to tell us he thinks he has a box or two in his basement that he was just going to give us And he'd call me that evening. Well about two weeks went by and I heard nothing. I sent three emails no response I called. I was told he didn't have any and when I asked what the solution was going to be they had nothing and I was told that they would call me back two more weeks go by nothing I call and leave a message. No call back. I send a couple emails. Finally get an email saying that they had been out of the office and will touch base with me when they speak to the owner. Couple more weeks go by nothing couple more phone calls couple more emails nothing so apparently they don't care about their customers after the fact so beware folks these people SUCK.
