Immigration is overwhelming right now. After spending time on Reddit and other immigration forums,…read moreit's clear just how much confusion people are dealing with -- there are gray areas everywhere, and even consular officers and immigration attorneys are scrambling to keep up with the changes. Trying to figure it out on your own is nearly impossible, which is why having someone like Alicia made such a difference for us. We worked with her on a K-1 visa case, and things were moving smoothly -- until we hit a last-minute issue at the embassy due to a misinterpretation of the travel ban by a consular officer. It was no fault of Alicia's, but she jumped in immediately, clarified the legal error, and stayed on top of the embassy until it was resolved. She was professional, persistent, and ultimately the difference between having my life partner in the U.S. now -- or potentially being shut out for another 1-2 years. It's clear that Alicia is working hard behind the scenes to help as many people as she can through a really tough immigration landscape. We did have to provide some constructive feedback about how we'd to improve communication with us and she took that feedback well. She's sharp, knowledgeable, and focused on getting results -- and in a system this unpredictable, that's exactly what you need. Highly recommend her to anyone who wants a fighter in their corner.

I really do appreciate everything they have done to help with my mother's detention case. However,…read morethey are HORRIBLE When it comes to communication. I have been with this firm for over a year now, and they are by far the WORST when it comes to keeping their clients informed about what is happening with their cases. I have had to call them multiple times regarding my mother's case, and every time I call, they tell me to call back later. When I do, I get the same response over and over again. Yes, I understand that attorneys can get busy. However, my family and I have spent over $25,000 on their services, and the least they could do is call me back and let me know that my mother's appeal was DENIED, inform me that she was transferred to another detention center, or provide some kind of update on her case. The only times they seem to call me are when they need more MONEY to file another form (which does not work) or handle something else that requires additional payment. That has been extremely FRUSTRATING. And on top of that, I know everything was ran by Eran before getting sent into the courts; however, during my mothers court hearings, it was NOT Eran in them. It was a random man whom I had never seen. I paid for ERAN, not a RANDOM man/woman. The only person who was truly helpful was Tatianna, who, however, has left the company. Just be aware of this if you are considering hiring this firm. I wish I could get my money and time back. Edit: I have since been threatened with legal action by the owner boasting about his passing the bar exam at the top of the country. If I were currently looking for a representative I would especially be wary of any professional who publicly threatens the potential relative of a client with such drastic legal action, such as this one. I have bank statements proving exactly how much I've spent in total which is just about, if not more than, what I have stated. I will admit I may have initially over-estimated out of emotion but I have since corrected the number (within 2 hours). -Kimlee
