TERRIBLE customer service! The associate Corey ordered something for us that ended up not fitting and when I went to return it they made we wait 20+ mins for a manger and then told me it was final sale. Well....Corey ....it would be helpful to tell your clients that the item you are sending them is a final sale item. I may have decided not to order it in that case. Just an awful way to be treated. No other stores in the area treat their customers this way. read more

just visited this store to make a return and was helped by Cory and Tondri, who were both extremely rude and unprofessional. They laughed in my face repeatedly while I was trying to explain the situation -- it was honestly shocking and disrespectful. I've always liked Rag & Bone, but this experience at the Meatpacking location was incredibly disappointing and left me questioning whether I'd shop here again. read more

After brunch nearby, I was set on finally buying a great pair of jeans at rag & bone. Enter: Saadaya. She took one look at me, knew my size, and brought in two great pairs of high-rise ankle jeans. They are my new favorite jeans. Stylish and flattering. The other pair was so great too, but not in my size, so she took down my info and guaranteed that when new sizes and styles come in, she'll reach out. Not only that, she's so warm, adorable, and personable. When you're here, ask for Saadaya and you'll be in good hands. 5 stars!!! read more

What can i say, a wonderful place to shop! Great customer service too!! My husband was looking for a very specific pair of sneakers and wanted to try them on instead of ordering online. I wish I knew the gentleman's name that helped us because he had the patience of a saint! It was a great shopping experience and my husband loves his sneakers. What more could you ask?? Thanks rag & bone. You definitely get what you pay for. read more

This store has some extremely nice aesthetic. I personally love rag & bone and I brought 2 of my friends with me who have never seen it before and they thoroughly enjoyed it. There is a coffee bar inside the store. One thing I was quite disappointed with was the selection of men's clothing options they had. This store is quite small and they didn't seem to have too much for the men. One thing I do commend is that they offered to go to the store in TriBeCa that is men's only. As for myself I was unable to find something I liked this time and the store associate assisting me did not seem to know the product that well which was disappointing. She kept pushing us when we would keep telling her we were just looking around and probably weren't gonna buy anything. read more

The main reason I give this store a 3/5 is because of the men's selection. It was very small and had very limited items compared to the women's section. I can fine more from rag and bone at my local Nordstrom. The employee did refer me to the Tribeca store that is a men's only store which was nice of her. The employee we had helping us was very knowledgeable but was also a little pushy. She explained the differences in the several logos that the store has and told us which items were store exclusives. I assume they are on commission though because she kept recommending different items even if we weren't looking at them at all. read more

Great brand, quality clothing, especially their jeans and menswear. I must admit, I'm more of a fragrance guy these days and their new line of unisex fragrances are ace. "Oud" is my personal favorite -- warm, rich woods, meets amber and leather. And the two fellas behind the brand are quality dudes. And smart marketers too..keep divisive politics out of fashion, bring people together. read more

I bought an e-gift card 2 weeks ago for a relative's birthday. When it hadn't been received 6 days later, I did a chat with customer service to check on the status. I was told my inquiry would be sent to the gift card department, and that I should look for an email response from them. Two days later, after no response, I called Rag and Bone customer service. I was then told that due to "system issues" they were unable to send out e-gift cards at that time (which raises the question of why their website allowed me to purchase it in the first place) and that there was no time estimate as to when they would be able to. So I requested a refund and was told I would get an email in 1-2 business days regarding steps to take to get the refund. Today, which is 3 business days later with no response, I called customer service again. This time I was told that due to the same "system issues" they are not even able to issue a refund... again with no timeline for resolution. It is inconceivable to me how this could truly be the case, but that is the answer I am getting directly from Rag and Bone. read more

Ooh horrible customer service. When I stepped through the door, all the employees were gossiping and chatting away as if this was a casual gathering. There was one other customer at the cashier but she didn't seem like she was getting much attention because everyone was talking to each other! No acknowledgement when I came in and they all crowded around this one table I wanted to look at. I never felt so unwelcome in a store before :/ read more

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I never felt so compelled to write a review about a retail shop. I live very close by and whenever I visit the stores in meatpacking, I nearly cringe at the pretentiousness of what this neighborhood has become. I wish the salespeople would make you feel welcome. I walked in here one day, maybe a Friday afternoon, to try on a couple pairs of booties. They weren't particularly busy, maybe 3 other people in the store besides me. A guy started helping me then got sidetracked with another customer. Then a female salesperson who I had to ask to help me. Both seemed uninterested in trying to help me find my size (the sizing here runs VERY small, like- I'm either a 6.5 or 7 shoe, not a 5.5!). I had to ask them repeatedly to help me. After trying on 2-3 different sizes in 2 styles, and receiving zero help along the way besides me flagging them down to grab me another size, I got frustrated with the lack of attention I was receiving and left. They didn't even say goodbye they just kept chatting amongst themselves in the front of the store. Keep in mind this chatter was happening 2 feet away from me while I was trying on shoes. They didn't even ask, hey , how's that fit? Need another size? Yea that heel is supposed to feel like that. Nothing. They must not work on commission here and are simply hourly employees who just don't give a rats ass if they sell anything. I've read other reviews of other rag and bone stores and they basically say the same thing. This must be a problem on a company-wide level where there is little to no retail sales training of store employees. They probably hire people that like the brand and look the part. Poor execution all around and I will not be returning to buy $1k of shoes here...womp womp. read more

FIRST TIME shopping at a Rag & Bone brick and mortar and I struck GOLD!!! Coming from an extensive retail background, I'm understanding of the process of "being on the other side of the counter"... If you want excellent customer service, boutique shopping (I'm not a big fan of department stores/malls) with GREAT selection and ample sizes, visit this location and ask for Trevor!!! He'll go over and beyond for you... Seriously. AND HE'S HAPPY TO HELP!!! *** Breath of fresh air *** Thank you, Trevor. R & B is SUPER lucky to have you! read more

This is the ONLY brand I shop at now and this store is definitely a large reason. I have never worked with someone in this location that not only was professional and lovely, but they know the product and how to style inside and out. They call me when product comes in, they know exactly what I like without me knowing what I like. I've worked with Kweyah, Tyler, Simone and Valentina MOSTLY but a variety of other salespersons who have all been stellar. A lot of these brands are very intimidating to shop in, and this is just a very nice welcoming location. They have a coffee shop in the store which is cool, but also really convenient. I love a two for one. Keep up the great work! read more
