My wife finally asked them to see how much longer it would be as my apt , by the way my very 1st apt trying to go there off a referral recommendation was scheduled at 10:40am and here we are at 11:15 never even acknowledged . Then a lady most likely the office manager said yeah sorry there is a delay it's going to be another 20 maybe 30 minutes before we may get called in Although there were several patients that got there after us that were pulled in , so not sure what the problem is but what a waste of time We won't be going back there, to not even be acknowledged until 40 minutes after our appt was probably the worst professional customer service I have ever had and it's really unfortunate as I am in a lot of pain. If you are a new patient and your in pain I would not recommend going there as you will not even be acknowledged even when they are overstaffed in the office there was over 4 ladies sitting upfront and not 1 had the decency to inform us . Usually you would thing around the 15 minute mark you would be acknowledged For sure by the 20 minute mark after a past due appt time then to go into the 45 minute mark and finally asking about how much longer it will be to have another lady with 0 care for patients time and 0 empathy about the fact you schedule us in at 10 :40 and then don't even say anything is incredible rude and totally unacceptable as a place that is suppose to care about a patient and thier health and feelings ! Anyways I'm out and I dont recommend this place to anyone

The office assistant and the supervisor wanted me to fill out my husband's information on their website before the appointment and I told them that I was having trouble filling out the information because I am a senior. Their response was that, I needed to fill out the forms before the appointment. They made me cancel the appointment. Very rude and not helpful staff. The reason I made the appointment was because they have good reviews but they fooled me because the reviews that I read were old( 11 months ago, the most recent one). I do not know what changed but I definitely do not recommend this office to any seniors not familiar with filling out forms online

She performed a thorough check, and adjusted the shape of a crown and my night guard, remedying the uneven bite that was causing so much pain. I felt better that same day and was able to chew food again! Everyone in her office was caring, patient, and personable. I set up an appointment with High Country Dental for my fiancée, the deal was "$99 New Patient…read moreSpecial" And I understand that there's probably tax to be added onto that. Now, he went in mainly to get his teeth cleaned and when they found out that he hadn't been to the dentist in a long time and that he had a dead wisdom tooth in need of removal, they decided to not only NOT clean his teeth, but give him a laundry list of things they wanted him to come in for which totaled, in 10ish visits, out to about $16,050 or so all the while knowing we don't have insurance. They then scheduled another appointment next day after the original appointment for I don't even remember which of those things on that list they said he needed to come in for. The only reason they're getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because as far as I was told they did do the X-rays and "exam" which would be looking at the X-rays, asking questions, and telling him what they see and their thoughts. That's about it though. Also when I was talking to the front desk lady about payment for what they did do, she tried to charge about $105, so full price for not even doing the cleaning part, and when I told her I'm not paying full price for them not doing all the work promised by their website, she then told me I could pay $75 instead and I was going to but she made it seem like they'd already charged the $105 to my account so I told her that I couldn't pay both at the same time, only one or the other, but I think she misunderstood what I was trying to say because I probably didn't word it in a way that she could understand so she told me that I didn't need to pay but I couldn't go back, and my thought was that I didn't want to go back if they were just gonna try to take me for all I'm worth again. I live paycheck to paycheck like most do these days and it's hard to fit in important things like health related appointments with what little extra we can spare for them and I was expecting him to go in, get his cleaning and then we pay around $99 and go on our way, but these people decided that they wouldn't make it that easy. I've added pictures for what proof I can give. This was back on June 12th 2025, I've been meaning to review but time got away from me so I'm posting it now that I have a chance while I'm thinking about it. It was a frustrating situation. I know that his teeth need more work but all I asked for was a cleaning. The least they could have done was clean his teeth to the best of their ability and I'd have been fine with that, paid the bill and taken their list into consideration. Plain and simple. I hope anyone who chooses to come here doesn't get the same treatment and has a better experience than I.

I cannot say enough good things about High Country Dental! Dr. King is amazing, thorough,…read moreprofessional, and extremely nice! I talked to her about getting two dental Implants.
