The house is totally nice, in the middle of a green area (this means also dealing, in summer, with some nature activity). Prerow itself is a really nice place if one does not want only spectacular views, but love nature, the sea, being quite and in a tidy place.
Nevertheless there were minor problems that could be easily fixed, that means a star loss.
The key of the apartment is not working really smooth, and sometimes one has to try, in the night, several times before being able to enter it. There is no second second key, so one is not free from the other. The house did not have towels to dry the dishes, as well as soap to wash them (but there is a dishwasher). The heaters were open, that was nice for a warm welcome (less nice for the planet), but we spent 2 days melting before finding all the sources of heat.
For the rest, great. If one, for example, wants just to rest in the middle of a big garden, he can do it. One can rent bikes for a quite cheap price. Prerow is really small, so one can reach the forest or the beach in few minutes.
