It is a little park. The entrance has a digital board with a counter of how many empty parking spaces are available and in what floor they are in. That is pretty helpful to know. Each parking space has a fixture on top. Red means occupied and green is open. This is helpful in seeing from far open spaces. I noticed charging section for electric cars and motorcycle parking. Back in parking is not permitted. On this garage you pay the meter but on special days or holidays. The garage normally has a flat rate that you pay up front. I like this garage because of the size of the parking spaces. I drive a truck and I find the spaces comfortable for big vehicles.

The garage was built at a cost of 84 million dollars when the connecting Margaritaville Resort was built in 2015. The garage has 456 parking spaces for resort guests who pay a daily rate. Visitors to the beach have 600 spots at an hourly rate of $3 an hour on weekdays and $4 an hour on weekends. As you leave the garage there is a set of well marked elevators that take you down to the beach while a second exit requires a hotel key to take you into the resort. When you enter the garage you receive a ticket. You can pay for parking at a kiosk, through text on your phone, or as you exit the garage but this option holds up the line. There was an attendant watching over the cars leaving just in case anyone had a problem getting out. The Margaritaville Garage is across the street from the popular Le Tub restaurant. It is also very close to the Hollywood Beach Theatre on the Hollywood Broadwalk. There are public restrooms as soon as you exit garage. On the nearby broadwalk are a variety of options for shopping, food, and drinks. Street parking is very limited in this area of the beach and if you can even find it costs the same as the garage. Rather than drive around endlessly looking for a spot I find that the garage is an affordable and hassle free option when visiting this part of Hollywood Beach.

Aventura Mall will always have a special place in my heart…read more Growing up in Miami Beach we often would take the S bus down to Aventura and just hang out. Back then, the S Bus would drop you off at the entrance of the food court and the mall was just 2 floors but look at Aventura Mall now! Completely unrecognizable to the Mall I remember as a teen. Especially since it seems like the average stores I remember are gone and it's all Prada, Gucci, and luxe stores now, but I'm not gonna knock it too much as I took full advantage and stocked up on my Nespresso pods while I was here. At least they still have JC Penny's. I was able to find a Miami Hurricanes shirt to bring back to my dad as a gift. They also have a Joe and the Juice store which I always stop by when I'm here and get a green tonic from them. I have to admit; I like how they revamped the food court so that its modern and has a wide variety of options. They even have a ramen kiosk! We also stopped by the new Eataly store, how can you not right? We didn't eat anything there, but I took advantage and bought some items they had priced on sale. In all honesty, I could see myself coming to Aventura often if I still lived in South Florida. I've always it made it a point to come here when I do visit and will probably continue to do so in the future.

He was more than accommodating, went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe when having to come back later at night even making sure he stayed a little extra past his shift to make sure we got here okay. Lucky makes this location feel safe & secure with his hospitality. and on the plus side they have free showers and such for quick pit stops which is great when you're not hooked up to city line for water.
