It was not busy on a Saturday morning at 10:30am, and the customer service representative was trying very hard to be attentive even though I could tell he'd been out partying late the night before. Then, when there was an issue with the credit account, the attitude of the staff completely changed. Instead of helping resolve the problem professionally, they became aggressive and started repeatedly contacting us. At one point, we were told they would come to our house whether we wanted them to or not, which was completely inappropriate and made us feel uncomfortable. The appliance situation was even worse. We had to have appliances re-delivered multiple times because every single one arrived with some kind of damage. Dents, defects, and visible issues became a recurring problem. After the fourth delivery, I honestly started wondering where they were getting these products from because it seemed impossible to receive an undamaged appliance. Every time we called, we were promised a resolution, only to have another damaged product show up. To make matters worse, the delivery crew damaged items in our home during the installation process, and no one wanted to take responsibility. We spent countless hours on the phone trying to get answers, only to be met with excuses, poor communication, and a lack of accountability. What bothered me most was the way my wife and I were treated throughout this entire process. We were spoken to disrespectfully, our concerns were dismissed, and it felt like customer service was the last thing on anyone's mind. No customer should spend this much money only to be treated this poorly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.
