For some time now I have been experiencing issues with my Verizon iPhone…read more I started noticing problems and I was awaiting code for two step verification that would take sometimes 20 minutes to 1/2 an hour to receive or not come at all which resulted in me not being able to access certain accounts For months at least six months the problem to the website of the institution that was going to send the two step verification Roughly 3 or 4 months ago or more I started getting complaints that my phone was going right to voicemail and these were people they would intentionally try to avoid calling me to fulfill responsibilities that they had committed to select just assumed they were making yet another excuse The problem started becoming painfully especially when my wife told me she was trying to call me and there were times that we would be sitting on the same sofa together and she would call and my phone would go directly to voicemail yet I had absolutely no problem in calling her for the past two or three weeks I have spent hours on tech support with Verizon and I was told that the problem was my phone so they issued me replacement iPhone charged me about $55 for the phone and the problem persisted What was particularly frustrating it took me almost 45 minutes and I have yet to verify that they will credit me for that replacement phone which the tech had promised would not be charged Of the several text that I sent over 45 minutes troubleshooting of answering the same 20 questions and having the same results the check assured me that the problem would be resolved in one week just to get me off the phone I just spent over 40 minutes on the phone with billing and while they sit all kinds of dice and wonderful things still haven't committed to what exactly they were going to do to make adjustments For over 20 years and have spent 10s of thousands of dollars on phone I watches tablets

Buyer beware! The person I spoke to at this store is a snake! Glady E on the receipt. Went in to…read morepurchase my daughter a new line of service. When Glady came out with the phone she grabbed a charger box from a company called "Cellhelmet". Never heard of this brand. She said, and I quote, " it comes with the phone since new iPhones don't come with a box, just the cord". I unfortunately assumed that meant it was free. Big mistake! Later that night my wife looked at the receipt and saw that Glady charged me $35 for this P.O.S. and also charged me $8 for handset protection that was never discussed with me. I went back the following Monday (3 days) to return the box and have the handset protection removed. I was told by Glady that cricket doesn't return accessories! I told her " but you never said there was a charge for it, and you added handset protection that I never heard about!" She offered no explanation. I asked for her DM's number and was told I couldn't have it, she would take my number and the DM would "maybe call me when they stopped by the store" in the next few weeks. She told me I could call customer service which I did but was told there was nothing they could do. Btw, there is no sign at the store discussing this policy, and Glady was TRAINING a new associate with my transaction. Doesn't say much for the next generation of cricket employees. I know no one will reach out from cricket to make this right so please heed my advice: ask about all charges before paying.

All goes back to the store manager director and or team lead been with ATT for 13 years and first time I have ever had an issue, called 611 and they stated the information I was given was inaccurate went to Brownsville store ame they were able to assist no issues I'll make the trip to Brownsville as the CSRs there are always eager to help you with a smile the Harlingen store has unfortunately certain individuals that just won't go the extra step to ask questions or guide you always seem bothered to help . The sales girl made a phone call and they started denying me an exchange the said the phone was scratched which it wasn't. I told her I wanted to talk to the manager and he got to store and inspected the phone and couldn't see what she was talking about and also denied me an exchange someone had already called him.
