I came here for an X-ray appointment for my on-going VA claims verification processing. The office opens at 0800, and my appointment was at 0855 for which I arrived about 10 minutes early. I must've arrived at a very busy time, and the 10-seat waiting room was overflowing and there was a line at the receptionist counter when I arrived. The receptionist and I exchanged some information...first in German and then in English as she figured out I really didn't speak German as a radiology tech started speaking in English to me. Both ladies were very nice. It took me less than 15 minutes to get my X-ray taken by a very nice tech. She must've been in training since another tech checked her work before they actually took images. As I was leaving the X-ray room, they asked me if I wanted a CD of my images just taken. I thought that was very nice service since I have never experienced that in the States. I waited another 10 minutes or so to receive my CD to take it with me. It was altogether very nice experience even considering initial awkward exchange of information due to some language differences. Very good customer service rendered here. read more
