He did not do a proper assessment of the situation, rather he immediately jumped to the conclusion that my acute injury whuch occurred over the weekend was the result of poor workplace ergonomics based simply on the fact that I have a desk job and don't have a standing desk. Never mind that I adjusted my desk with a consultation by a professional ergotherapist - I spent 90 min here being preached to about the virtues of standing desks (even though I have a foot problem and have been advised not to use one), with no real treatment of my acute issue itself other than squeezing the limb for several minutes so it would "relax". The next day in addition to the joint issue, now the surrounding muscles are inflamed and sore. I do want to point out that I understand the modality of osteopathy and the fact that sometimes a subtle event can be the straw that breaks the camel's back. However that's not a license for lazy diagnosis. This particular practitioner was a poor listener and pushy and I did not feel like he was listening or trying to properly understand the situation. What he described did not match the pattern of onset of my pain or symptoms. There is something more acute going on and now I am going elsewhere to get an x-ray and a proper diagnosis. I will finally add that the practitioner kept touching and moving his mask during the treatment then putting his bare hands on my neck and shoulders without sanitizing them. This clinic needs better hiring and training processes.

I switched to Estrogel and I swear the next morning I had no more sweating after my coffee and after 5 months I still feel great and could shoot myself for not reacting sooner. And not only that, they all agreed with the Westmount Wellness Center's gynecologist...they were 'cancer protective', especially in women who carry extra weight (therefore produce extra estrogen). This is contrary to chemical progesterone. I am probably the only woman among all my friends who sleeps soundly and wakes up refreshed and it's thanks to the Westmount Wellness Center's recommendation to take bio-identical progesterone cream.

My mother had a angina episode and the nurse on duty was in a hurry to go home after her shift and didn't want to check on my mother's vitals and told me it's probably just nausea and she just needs a gravol pill , but I insisted on taking her vitals and grudgingly she did and very rude doing it , then all of a sudden after taking my mother's blood pressure she realized it was not nausea and something more serious, then called the doctor and rapidly after the doctor came in they gave my mother nitro spray and did a few more tests. My insistence on checking my mothers pressure is the only reason my mother wasn't left alone while having a angina attack and suffering alone with just nurses aids who pop in the room just to see if the patient is on the bed or not and they do absolutely nothing else but seeing if the patient is still in the room. If I let it go the way the nurse wanted to just to give her a gravol pill my mother would have not lasted the night. This happened in 2021 and that's not the only mistake that happened before she passed away with liquid in her lungs waiting till after the weekend, because they don't do surgery on the weekends so my mother had to wait two days to drain her lungs, but she didn't last two days, she died in her bed when I found her dead at 6:30am and the nurses didn't even know that she passed away before I arrived at 6:30am. The staff ran all in to revive her but she probably died an hour before I arrived at 6:30am , too late to save her and nobody there realized that she passed away before I arrived at 6:30am. They rushed us to get arrangements done probably so we wouldn't do an autopsy to find out her exact time of death during the night before I arrived at 6:30am. The Hospital should be investigated, I'm sure there has been plenty of people who fall through the cracks at this hospital and are not treated properly.

It's located in cote st luc near cavendish mall very nice little building center on the main floor. As I entered the office , The lady at the desk greeted me with a smile. She was super friendly and created a file for me. She told me it wouldn't be too long to see the doctor. She wasn't lying, the doctor came out exactly on the time of my appointment and called me in very quickly. I had some issues I need to see a doctor and Dr Albert Levy was there to diagnose me and he was the best doctor in town !! I was so happy I found a real doctor that truly cares and he was very experienced and knew what he was doing. He is one of the rare gems that actually cares about curing patients. I was so relieved to have gotten the care I needed at the time. It's unpleasant to be sick and not know what's going on but Dr Levy was truly amazing and made me feel way better after my visit.
