They contacted me less than 24 hours before the discharge to see if I needed help finding after care. Too little too late. Most of the staff is not qualified for the positions they hold. They are very uneducated and try to use big words to hide the fact they do not know what they are doing. Contact from the staff is confrontational -IF you can get them to even see you! These are the worst kind of humans because they prey on a family when they are already weak and fragile. When you will do anything to help your child, they take your money and then dump your child with no hope for the future. There are so many other bad things to say about this facility. It looks nice because the building is new and clean, but in a few years all the good personnel working will have been run off because of how they are being abused by the management.
