If you think you're going to Mahlander's for repairs, you're not. You're going to Bob's. Your item is placed in the back where it awaits Bob, who may or may not exist. Any status will not be communicated to anyone existing outside of Bob's mind, so any inquiries are answered with "I don't know, ask Bob. He's not here. Call back later." After your item sits for more than a month, you can go retrieve it, covered in dust and dented and scratched. And then the lighting ladies will clutch their pearls and act astonished that this whole scenario may, in fact, have UPSET you, the potential customer. But that's your mistake. Bob's has no customers, only suffering fools.

He ordered the parts immediately and said they'd call when they were in. They promptly called us and Tyler came back out and was so great to work a very long time to fix the issue. He was polite, and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed meeting him and he is very customer service oriented! I'd recommend Karl's hands down.
