We called and the lady that answered quoted us $45 for a Tesla tire repair. We were so thankful when she said we could come immediately for help. We Got there and the guys working there took a look and made room for us remembering our phone call. They fixed the tire quickly and efficiently. No hesitation. We were out of there in about an hour and had breakfast at el faro down the street. We definitely recommend this place and encourage Tesla drivers to get their tires repaired here. Guys are professionals and open on Sunday/easter. A AAA Tow truck driver recommended them. So you know they are legit. Thanks for saving my ride, guys. I brought my truck in to have a new set of tires installed, and my vehicle has brand-new wheels that were in perfect condition before the appointment. When I picked up my truck, I immediately noticed that multiple rims had been scratched during the tire installation. Instead of acknowledging the damage and taking responsibility, the staff denied accountability and refused to repair or compensate me for the damage they caused. A reputable business should stand behind its work and take care of its customers when mistakes happen, but that was not the case here. What made the situation even worse was the pricing. Before the work was performed, I was quoted $2,200 for the job. After everything was completed, I was presented with a final bill of $2,950--an increase of $750 over the original quote. I was never properly informed or asked to approve this significant price increase before the work was completed. Transparency and honesty are essential when dealing with customers, and this experience showed a complete lack of both. The combination of damaged property, refusal to accept responsibility, and unexpected additional charges left me feeling completely taken advantage of. When customers trust a business with expensive vehicles and aftermarket wheels, they expect those vehicles to be treated with care and respect. Instead, my truck was returned with damaged rims and a bill that was substantially higher than what I had agreed to. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe other customers deserve to know what happened. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Commercial Tire Center. I strongly encourage anyone considering this shop to document the condition of their vehicle beforehand, get every detail of the estimate in writing, and make sure any price changes are approved before work begins. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
