In our opinion, Lynn Schuman is the best real estate agent in Mesa County, and probably well…read morebeyond. We used Lynn as both a seller's agent and a buyer's agent over a period of about 9 months in 2010. We had been trying without luck to sell our home ourselves for three years. It was an efficient, gorgeous alternative home but also had some factors that made it a little harder than usual to find a suitable buyer. Lynn sold it well within the contract period and got us 92% of our asking price, all in a down market. After we sold it, we used Lynn as a buyer's agent. She quickly got a clear concept of the type of home we wanted and was relentless in finding homes to show us that fit that description. She stuck with us through thick and thin, was always in touch without being overbearing, answered every question we had quickly and thoroughly, explained everything clearly, gave us good advice borne from her long experience in the field and was completely honest at all times. She conveyed good and bad news to us with equal calmness and composure. She helped us negotiate a difficult, drawn out deal to buy a bank-owned property we set our sights on. We can't say enough good about Lynn. She is a truly excellent realtor, and a wonderful person. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in the Grand Junction/Mesa County area who is seeking a realtor. In fact, don't use anyone else!
