She had dyed my hair 6mos ago I came in to have it you he'd up & made darker. I'm silver & wanted some pepper. Marcie pawned me off on a new girl who put red gold butterscotch brown mess. So Marcie tried to cover it. Nothing colors red. So we decided to bleach it. Which I'd never done but red brown mess had to go. And then do salt & pepper leaving the top silver. I told her do it silver & weave black in. She said no she had a better idea & talked about application. Color had been established. It took 5hrs & I couldn't see anything she did. When she was done & showed me my hair, EVERY COLOR WE BLEACHED OUT WAS BACK ON MY HEAD!!! I seriously thought I lost my mind & was hallucinating. I spent $200 & 5hrs to have my hair be same color. I absolutely can't believe what happened but the uneven saturation of dye looks worse than before I went in. Friends said, I thought you got that mess bleached out. I'm devastated. I don't understand what happened. I want my money back NEVER trust Marcie. NEVER
