I mention the other employee that I was a minster and should not have to hear this language when I walk in the store and the employee responded by saying she though that there were other things that America should band and when asked what was that she responded predella as if the excused what happened .

Before the issue could be corrected, the customer at Pump 13 pumped the gas that we had paid for and drove away. When we went inside to ask for help, the two managers were extremely rude and argumentative. Instead of trying to resolve the mistake, they raised their voices, blamed us, refused to help, and told us our only options were to either leave the store or pay another $20 for gas. Mistakes can happen, but the way we were treated was completely unacceptable. We simply wanted assistance getting the gas we had already paid for. I hope Murphy USA addresses both the customer service issues and the handling of situations like this so other customers don't have the same experience.

He prides himself on being fair and providing good work…read more He is very open about any issues he or his staff may in counter during and inspection or an oil change. Amin explains the issue to the customer and let's them make the decision on what needs to be done next. Amin is capable of minor repairs and definitively lets you know when they cannot repair something. His prices for service are very reasonable and most of the time is cheaper than what you pay would elsewhere. Fuel prices are what they are and you may find them cheaper at other places that have more items to sell inside (drinks, candy etc.), but the profit margins on fuel are in the cents and not dollars. All you have to do is drive by (especially on the weekend) to see how popular and faithful his clientele are.

The oil cap was not put on tight enough and fell off the engine somewhere between here and south padre island. That was the first time I've ever experienced that. Third time, (I only went there cuz my wife has a thing for giving people the benefit of the doubt), not so good again... I went in asking for an inspection and an oil change. They forgot to do the oil change. Really??? Had to wait... Then I looked over to hear what all the hammering was about only to find the "mechanic" pounding a socket into the oil plug with a sludge hammer and then reaching for vice grips. This is only a common practice when a bolt has been completely stripped. After another hour and the use of a compressor chisel, the old bolt was removed and a new one delivered. I understand things need replacing but vice grips? Then, two miles out the check engine light comes on...the oil level was too high! The Dip Stick that put in the dip stick did not place it full into position! You would think this would be an easy thing to do. I'm just saying. Save your car by going somewhere else.
