His name is Lee, if you get an ice coffee he makes you use the hot coffee cups and if you use styrofoam cups he charges double! None of the other Murphys do that ?!?! Even the other managers say he's over charging!! The signs clearly shiw iced coffee comes in sane cups as the soda fountain drinks so why does he charge DOUBLE! Even on refills??? After my Dr. appointment a couple of months ago, I stopped in at this joint across the street and immediately saw the Surge logo. I knocked over 3 kids with juice boxes and an old lady using that crazy pizza kiosk as a 16 year old audibly breathed to see what was happening with this beautiful, red and Surge label. It was like Big Red and Surge made a sweet baby that popped and and spanked the LeBron's Sprite's butt. It was delicious. Incredible. Granted, I could only drink a kids size because I do not enjoy full sugar soda, but this was my jam. I could basically see myself playing that irritating and impossible "A Nightmare On Elm Street" video game on NES while eating puffed Cheetos in the old clear and blue bag. So, make like Jesus and walk on the inevitible mixture of water and urine that surrounds the soda fountain and get you some Suuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrggggggeeee (Berry Blast).

Tip for traveling south: it's impossible to see around the south curve from the exit (thanks, Sonic sign), so avoid being T-boned and take the inside road. Go pass the Taco Bell and Chicken Express all the way to that shopping strip where Savor (formally Mochalux) is and get to Bardin and Collins where there's traffic lights.

You could practically do your grocery shopping at one of these (though who would want to). Still, you would think that in 2010 a major fuel chain would accept all the the major cards (my fuel goes on my corporate card, which is Amex). It's not like I was trying to fuel up on my wife's Coldwater Creek card.

I wish they had more tables and places that you could eat at. Overall I have few complaints! It's a great place to spend the day and find what is on sale. It's been a great blessing for my wife and I to buy in bulk and split things like paper towels, eggs, and other things with roommates!

I appreciate a gas station I can stop at on my way to work, and this one is positioned thusly. It has entrances on Mayfield Rd (the eastbound side) and on New York (on the northbound side). It's a gas station. But let's appreciate the size of the parking lot which has decent space between the pumps, and between the pumps and the convenience store. It's well lit, which is good, since after hours, on this residential stretch, all the businesses on the opposite corners are closed. So good lighting helps make the late night pumps feel relatively safe. Haven't been inside the EZ Mart yet, but I expect it won't be long until I'm desperate and seeking their services. One of my favorite foods at QT is the Chicken Bacon Ranch Grilled Cheese, and their Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brewis actually really good. The cold brew is only $1.99 and honestly tastes similar (if not, better) and it's a very good value. The folks at the kitchen are super nice and try very hard to get the food ready for us quickly. I asked for a receipt and all she gave me was the original payment for the prepaid amount. The card we used was charged and it was cleared. I called the store to speak with a manager on the 24th because any other time I've called manager just happens to not be available. Jonathan dismissed me said he didn't have time for it when I told him he has an employee in his store that committed a theft, I will be pursuing this. However, beware making any purchases there as at least one employee is scamming people using card transactions and the manager Jonathan is either aware of or is a part of this scam because when I called to ask him to review the cameras and return my money he said he doesn't have time for this.
