It's one of the worst gas station is filthy. Bathroom is always dirty. Inside the store is always dirty and the manager don't really care.

I have been coming to the racetrac for over 4 years, and the service is second to none. One might think that would the same at late night. However, I have found that not to be true. This young man named Jean has always given outstanding customer service each and every occasion. Being retail in both big box and convenience stores for over 16 years, this person something not seen in any of those or in this area. I am disabled and called the number on the pump for assistance and no answer. I went inside in my wheelchair and asked for help and saw the co-manager busy on her iPhone and another guy behind cashier. I asked him for help to pump gas and he said ok. I went back outside and waited 10 minutes. I went back inside and asked if he hadn't heard me and he said yes but he had to wait till the line got shorter. there was no line when I asked. so I then asked if he could help me now and he said yes. I went back outside, waited for 5 more minutes and he not the co-manager came to help. I drove off because I couldn't believe how they treated disabled people. read more

One cashier, very slow, people waiting patiently in line, then others come in and go into the second line and start getting served by the one cashier. The place is nice and clean with lots of pumps, but like many race track gas stations, they never have enough people on the inside. As such, the inner experience is lacking. I thought I would never give a gas station five stars but these folks deserve it! I'm in the area a lot in a rental car. This station is my 'fill up before you return your car' station. * It has a great location as close to the intersection of 4 and 27 as you could possibly get. * The lot is beautifully lit. * The pumps are fast and their technology is up to date. * Prices are very good. * The best word for the store/restaurant is stunning. The variety, quality and cleanliness are all off the charts. I've never seen anything remotely like it at a gas station. Listen up gas station owners! This service station opened up in 2013. I'm so glad to have a nice service station right by my house. This place has yogurt with a toppings station, a huge selection of griller items, a whole beer freezer, and a vast selection of teas and fountain drinks. They had a special this summer where you could buy a cup for $8 and refill it all summer long. Since I drive past this place every day anyway I thought why not? I really like their ice here. Is that weird? It's the small crushed type of ice, and they have so many teas! They have about 3 different types of green tea and 3 different types of black tea, and they have all of them in sweet and unsweet. Everyone keeps telling me how good green tea is for you so this has given me the opportunity to drink some daily. If, however, you want the traditional Southern Sweet Tea be warned it is apparently very popular because they are always out! Seriously, 5 out of 6 times they will be out of it. read more

Gross incompetence of the staff and an inability to answer simple questions. We told them our address 3 different times and they were still unable to understand where we were. After that it took an hour and a half for it to get to us. Please don't waste your time and go somewhere better. I would've paid the extra money for some Pizza Hut or anything else. Is a good place to get gas and grab a sandwich. They also have swirl world with lots of topping for the yogurt they serve. They have a new coffee system that thru say has the freshest coffee maybe so but I still can't figure it out. The place is always really clean and so is the bathrooms. read more

Excellent customer service and always plenty of pumps available to gas up. It's always very clean and has a wide variety of snacks and other items. I'm there almost everyday and get greeted at the door by 2 or 3 employees instantly. I'm quite fond of the machine that makes the milk shakes next to the soda fountain (cookies and cream is my fav, so back off!) considering it's on the corner of homerun blvd, I'm going to say that this establishment is definitely a "homerun" in my book! read more
