My mother paid the bill all but for the price of the flooring that she had a problem with. Adam said he would come back out and take a look and talk about what could be done. Instead she never heard back from him and got a bill for the difference. Basically, sub par work, still problems with the house to this day, no communication, no oversight worth speaking of, and general incompetence all the way around. Terrible, terrible experience. Run far away. Added, after response from the owner: it takes a bad review to get any response. After the final paperwork was signed, my mother told the owner she wasn't happy with the flooring and it didn't match what had been ordered and he promised to come out the next day and take a look. He didn't show up, didn't call, and this type of behavior was the norm for a year and a half. Your word should mean something.

Had a plumber out and took him longer than I'd expect, plus he said he had to reset our toilet in the master bath. Said he couldn't get his snake to make the bend. Long story short, couple months down the road, drains are backing up again. This time I went under the house to check where the blockage was. The drains should have never passed inspection when the house was first built but they've worked for 20 years prior to use buying it 3 years ago. I pulled the clean out plug after draining the main line and looked towards the turn to the lateral that exits the foundation to the septic tank. I could see the end of the plumbers snake broken off at the 90. I ended up cutting out a 10' section after the 90 and found that the plumber hadn't even cleared the worst of the obstruction. Had one of their managers come out to look at the job and he confirmed the snake head was one of theirs. Saw what I cleared out to make my drains work again and verified the tech should have scoped to verify all was clear and didn't....all of this we were charged $1000 for crap work. Asked him to give me a price on fixing a couple of problems with the drains that shouldn't have ever passed the building inspection, let alone the inspection we had when we bought the home. He said they would knock off the labor as the job their plumber had done was not up to their expectations. Yeah sorry guys....I'm not going to give you another $1000 for something I'm going to do for $150. Got a call from a gal at their office on the 7th of October asking if I had looked at their proposal? I laughed and said "the guy that came out and said they had done a piss poor job said they'd just charge me for materials, as the work performed before wasn't good at all". I told her I'd rather right this review than pay you guys another dime to tip me off. She said that the manager/head guy would get in touch with me the next week as he was out of town this week. I said fine, I'll wait for his call.... Again, that call was the 7th of October...it's now the 10th of November and not a word. I've been busy and my drains are working as best they can so I waited. Done waiting and here is my review.... I would hire these guys ever again..burn me once shame on you, burn me twice, shame on me. At the time, I was explicitly told that everything would be fully covered and that I would owe nothing out of pocket. Fast forward to December 18th -- one week before Christmas -- I receive a call stating that I now owe $1,000 for a deductible. This is the first time I was ever informed of this. There were no prior calls, emails, or written communication explaining that I would be responsible for any deductible. The explanation I was given was that the insurance company initially told them everything would be covered, and after I signed the paperwork, they later changed course -- yet no one thought to notify me. That is an unacceptable failure in communication and customer service. To make matters worse, the representative I spoke with showed poor communication skills and offered no accountability or meaningful resolution. Springing a $1,000 charge on a customer months later, right before the holidays, due to internal miscommunication is completely unprofessional. This company does not communicate clearly and does not protect its customers. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company and taking your business elsewhere.
