A home inspection that came in late required us to put in handrails on two stairways. We are new to the community and could find no one. Darrell gave me a quote and came and did the work. His work was solid. He was professional and done quickly. My husband and I were so grateful! Because the work had been so good on the handrails, we talked to him about a couple of other odd jobs and our new home he installed a pantry, medicine cabinet, and was honest with us about the fact we would not be able to install a garbage disposal. In addition he did a few other odd jobs while he was here. His work is always top-notch, he is pleasant to deal with, and we have been more than satisfied. I would say that you get what you pay for. The roofing team showed up at 7:00AM working until 9:00 PM finishing the job in basically one day. They were fast, efficient, and actually quiet for the work they were doing. VERY professional. They did a beautiful job. Cleaned up and did no damage to shrubs or the yard. The next day the brothers returned (in the rain) and in less than two hours they reinstalled the siding and the gutters system. Everything was explained to me as to what they were doing and why they did it. No fluff or padding the job for more money. They only did what was necessary or what I requested. Matt was the POC for the job from start to finish. Very helpful and professional. Came for the final inspection and even went as far as to wash spots on the chimney flashing. Actually came in under estimate because work I thought was needed, did not need to be done. I feel they went above and beyond what most roofing companies would have done. I would highly recommend Paramount for Fence installation! We had a 12-year-old cedar fence that…read morewas put in by a different company. Due to our Chicago weather, many of the posts were rotting out, so it was time to replace. I called that same company for an estimate. They came out, but did not spend a lot of time with me; I was debating between purchasing another wood fence or an aluminum fence. We have a very large backyard so this would be a big project. I also called Paramount for an estimate. The salesman we had was Laura. She spent more than 45 minutes discussing where the Fence should go, how it would look with the house, and the differences between wood and aluminum. Paramount was a little bit higher in price compared to our old company, but the big difference was the expertise and professionalism! Laura was so detailed oriented and continued even after the deposit was made to keep us updated on the progress of our project, due to gates having to be special ordered. It has only been six weeks since installation, so I cannot comment on long-term durability, but I can comment on their initial work. We had a great flood on the Fourth of July, which was only three days after installation! My husband and I were having an anxiety attack since you're not supposed to even open the gate for two or three days after installation. As you can see in the video, the Fence held. If this is a testament on the quality of material and installation, I don't know what could be. I highly recommend Paramount Fence, and a big thank you to Laura for making this experience seamless!

Update: after finding a crack in the aluminum about 1-1/2 weeks after the fence was installed that…read moreclearly occurred prior to or during installation, Paramount has been completely ignoring my emails and giving noncommittal responses to my phone calls. Unfortunately for me, I paid in full before I noticed the issue and thus have zero leverage. The fence panel is not an expensive item nor would it take 1 guy more that 15 minutes to fix, so I have a hard time understanding why they would not just fix it and be done rather than risk a bad review. In light of their poor customer service I cannot recommend Paramount.
