My husband got the tri-tip sandwich with the garlic sauce, and didn't realize it was just all meat, but it was still very filling to him. He wish he would've added some vegetables to make himself feel better about what he was eating. Lol. As we walked by, there was a great bakery and good bite-size pieces of cake for a dollar that we both ended up buying three mini slices of cake just to try, the chocolate cake, vanilla cake, as well as the pecan!! Big praise for Patrick and Peggy in the deli, those two are amazing employees. Helpful, patient and always polite. I understand not all the customers are easy, that's an understatement, but those two hold it down and are awesome. A couple of the younger guys in the deli are a bit grumpy and seem to hate their job, but not a big deal. Also love Max, who works the register but usually stocks, he's awesome too. He's super helpful and works fast, nice guy. Give Patrick, Peggy and Max a raise! Their signature sandwiches are generously sized and the ingredients are quality. Fairly priced for what we've come to expect these days. The premade breakfast burritos are great, so is a lot of the other food you can get from the deli area. I don't get the hot food much cause it's pretty expensive by the pound for any meat dish, but when I've gotten it it's always been tasty.

Left with a small box of chocolates priced at $75, plus a seemingly mandatory tip for the gruff worker who collected the pieces from the display case. Chocolates were of mixed quality (this is no doubt subjective, but I've sampled many chocolatiers); certainly not special enough to justify the extravagant premium. I get that running a small business is really challenging, but the price to quality ratio was not justifiable.
