Yes, book the last tour of the day as the tour guide may not feel as stressed to get back to the Hollywood Blvd location on time and you may see some of the local celebrities, either driving their vehicles or briefly walking outside. You'll drive past many historic structures, and past the homes of many stars (though you'll be going too fast to get a good look or photo). And you'll go up in the hills along Mulholland Drive. About halfway through the tour, at the Beverly Hills sign, you get out for a break and use the restroom. Unfortunately, you never get a good view of the Hollywood sign. Our driver was very knowledgeable and entertaining, and gave anecdotes about every site we passed. There a screen-like sheet covering the top of the van for shade, but you should use sunscreen as you will be in the sun for two hours.

From shows like Happy Days, Glee and Laverne and Shirley to movies like Sunset Boulevard, Grease and many others. Our guide, Lauren did a great job escorting our group throughout the sites of the studio. She shared many interesting facts and stories and answered all of our questions. My favorite portion of the tour was the New York set. It was fun walking through the diner set from Glee and getting the opportunity to enter one of the large soundstages that have been used in many movies. I highly recommend this tour if you're in Hollywood.

My mom wanted to travel through South America, down to Argentina and then hop on a cruise to Antarctica. I've always seen deals for cruises to Antarctica from Argentina. So I had her call Albert for some advice on this type of journey. To my surprise, my mom had a terrible phone conversation with Albert. Not only was Albert rude to her, he criticized her for supposedly confusing him with her questions. The most shocking part was when he questioned why she would travel to Antarctica and that it was super hot! Um, really? I have no idea why he would think Antarctica is hot. Last I checked, it's -24 degrees Fahrenheit down there! And this was just the tip of the iceberg (pun intended). He then proceeded to tell her that he was really busy and that she was wasting his time. Told her to just go to his office instead. I understand if she's not a customer and just a random caller with questions. However, she was a referral from a customer. Even if she was just a random caller, why be rude to the person? The whole "Antarctica is super hot" comment was just perplexing. A travel agent made this comment...a travel agent. And to make her feel stupid for asking about cruises to Antarctica was unnecessary considering these cruises DO exist. The poor treatment of a referral from a regular customer was very disappointing. Needless to say, I'll be searching for a new travel agency.

I was surprised to hear that he had only done about 20 tours ... anyone would believe he's been doing this for decades!
