I can't stress enough how great Rainbow Printing is. we have all our business cards, brochures,…read moredoor tags, etc printed by them. Quality work with great pricing. I called them on a Tuesday as I needed 200 bills of lading printed out for a job I was on. There were 2 to a sheet so I also needed them cut in half. Seeing what the project entailed, I was delighted when I picked them up (same day) and they had printed and cut them onto cardboard backed tear off notepads to ease using them on an active job site. I would never have even thought of doing this and they preemptively made my time on the job site so much easier. I'd definitely recommend contacting them for any of your printing needs. Five stars!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this UPS location…read more I returned two packages, but the employee only gave me a receipt for one of them. When I realized the mistake, I came back and tried to speak to her. She acted like she could not hear me and ignored me even though I asked several times. Only after her coworker reacted did she finally give me the second receipt. She pulled it from under the desk and handed it to me without saying anything, with a very dissatisfied attitude. This is not the first time I have had an issue with this employee. Customers should not be ignored when asking for a receipt, especially when receipts are important proof of return. I hope management will look into this situation and make sure customers are treated respectfully.

I can't give Ayom and EPC enough praise for the outstanding, speedy service and amazing product. I sent an inquiry on Yelp and received a response, immediately. From the first phone call, Ayom was patient and, although, we already had a draft, it required a lot of edits and back and forth design input from him. We did not pay for design services but, Ayom caught typos, and made several suggestions to make the finished product better. He was very encouraging, collaborative and patient and he probably could have charged me more for the value that he provided. As if that was not enough, on the day of the service, we ran out of programs and I texted to see if I could order more copies and get them in 2 hours.....Ayom came through and offered to deliver them to the church or hotel. The product and service far exceeded everyone's expectations. The program is the star of the show at funerals and I needed the family to be happy with it. My friend could not stop thanking me for choosing the right printer who realized their vision of how to memorialize their mother. Please do not hesitate to hire this company if you need the design and/or print services that they provide.
