I was shocked at Allerton's price, which was completely ridiculous. They were at least £5,000 more than four of the companies, who all priced roughly the same, even out-pricing Everest, which shocked me. They come out at almost £8,000 more than the others for replacing all the windows and doors. Based on these prices, I decided not to go ahead with them, as I don't think they can justify their prices, regardless how good they claim to be. They use Rehau windows, which a lot of companies use, so the only thing they can use for price justification, is their quality of installation.

Within days they called on their way home from work to give us a quote (way under the others we'd been given). We had already checked them out, 5 star reviews all over the net, so we knew we had a winner. They arrived on time as promised and set to work straight away. Finishing and attention to detail is first class. They are such pleasant gentlemen, kind, polite and know their work. Left the place clean and tidy once they had finished, and all the mess taken away as standard. We are very happy to recommend the professionals at Rapid Glazing Ltd to anyone in the Merseyside area.

The following day on their way home after work they were here to measure up. By Tuesday I had a quote. Today is Friday, it is exactly 1 week since Mal and Gary came to measure up and I have sparkly clean new guttering. Fabulous job, (very *very* affordable), and they cleaned up all the mess afterwards. Cannot recommend highly enough - many thanks, gentlemen !
