    I contacted Dave as he had done some work for my wife when she had a house in Prescott. Now that we…read morehad a place in Chino Valley we have a well with a high level of arsenic. Our first conversation with Dave was that we should go ahead and purchase the equipment we need and he would do the installation. Over the next month or so we did the research and purchased a water softener, reverse osmosis system and a couple of other items including a new kitchen sink. We made an appointment and Dave came out. Three-steps out of the truck he calls my wife a "cougar" but I let it go. Whatever? Next, he tells me I should not have bought the water softener as there is a better product on the market that he sells. I'm sure he is correct; however, my softener is not returnable. Dave also tells me my Wellmate water pressure take is no longer working, that the bladder is "shot." He can tell this be just "feeling" the tank. He has to rush off and we consider all of this. The next day I text him and ask for a written estimate to do the installation and he DECLINES the work. I the meantime I purchased a replacement Wellmate tank and retained a new plumber (review coming). THE KICKER... MY OLD WELLMATE PRESSURE TANK WAS JUST FINE! It just needed to be re-pressurized. Use Affordable Plumbing at your own risk or find a plumber.
