Call today, after not contacting them at all for those 5 weeks, and get an attitude from whatever female answered the phone. I can only guess that it may be the same woman as mentioned in the previous review. Listen, I know businesses get busy, but that's no excuse for giving me an attitude like I'm to blame for something. If you're that busy, causing work to be delayed by over 2 weeks, a phone call may be warranted and appreciated. I'm writing this review before I have gotten my item back. Hopefully professionalism will prevail here and I will have my item back much sooner rather than later. For the price I paid to have (1) side of a seat cushion repaired/replaced I'd expect a LOT more professionalism from whomever is answering their phones. Again, Owner 5 stars. Receptionist/wife/whomever, 0 stars. Lets hope the final product is 5 stars as well. Will review again after I've received my seat cushion.

Warren, the owner, first took the time to come out and see my floor to best determine a plan of action to make it look brand new.
