We are disappointed in such baseless claims being made as we have run our business for the past 60 years with exceptional customer satisfaction. Your past history is not an exemption of your present quality. My claims are based on facts. Your team was on different pages, you acted as if you were doing me a favor when in reality I brought your company this job ready to go, and fully planned, yet your PM couldn't even arrange a walk through or bother to listen to a single word I said as shown by his literally taking zero notation of the specific needs my family required of your company, which were first and foremost to complete a rebuild in a timely manner and supply our insurance company with accurate estimates which were previously lacking.
That is beginning of the failure of this experience, Anthony Villani had his own agenda, and didn't care for ours. Later he would muddy our ability to move forward by providing false information to our building manager, claiming the units you were paid to remediate from mold were "slated for removal" This was never said to anyone at First Service Residential, and the units indeed are still sitting in the apartment, and based on the written statement from Anthony at Duct Dusters, the third party HVAC specialists you hired, they were unable to fully clean the units, thus they remain both unusable since you disassembled them, and unsafe. Following, your CFO made ridiculous requests while your PM hadn't even done what she claimed he had, you took my money and quit without notice when I initiated contact, you didn't complete the remediation as stipulated by the inspector at RTK environmental... and everything else I wrote is a fact, aside from my own opinion of how Anthony Villiani manipulated me, but I assure you I have serious reason to place this accusation and I am more than happy to continue to prove it, as I did in my email to all three of you which has gone unanswered for months.
So if you wish to reply to my claims, I suggest you do so in a manner that addresses them, preferably in private where a professional resolution can be made, rather than simply discrediting them on the basis of your reputation, which it appears, aside from your paychecks, is all you care about.
