If I could give zero stars, I would. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've…read moreever had. I came in expecting a professional and respectful interaction, especially from a business owner, but instead I was met with rude, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior. When discussing my firearm, I mentioned a price point around $350, which was immediately shut down without any real conversation. I was then told a much lower value based on a previous sale that didn't seem comparable. When I declined the offer and said I would go elsewhere, the situation escalated. The owner became hostile, raised her voice, and handled my property in a careless and disrespectful way by running outside and throwing my gun in a ditch next to the building. That level of behavior is completely unacceptable. Overall, the experience felt very unwelcoming and disrespectful. Regardless of the situation, basic professionalism and respect should be a standard in any business.

This review is to respond to "Bonnie S"…read more Your response to my previous review is completely inaccurate and inappropriate. I had explained to your "range officer" that I was a new shooter. All I did was ask to be moved to a different part of the range so I was not directly next to someone else. A perfectly reasonable request from a new female shooter. He became angry at my request and told me to leave. I was in absolute disbelief! Your point about me not understanding him is a blatant lie trying to undermine my experience and opinion. Even if that were the case, why not take the time to make sure someone new does understand the rules instead of being obnoxious about it? Also, considering multiple people on Yelp have said the same thing as I do, that your business tolerates staff being rude to customers, maybe you should look at your staff instead of blaming new customers. Most ranges I've been to go out of their way to make new female shooters feel welcomed. Sadly, not so of your range. Your range and "range officers" were hostile and i can only attribute that to misogynist views. His hostile behavior and reaction towards a new female shooter were completely inexcusable. I don't experience that anywhere else. And I will also point out that here on Yelp there are far more honest reviews about the attitude of your range officers and staff. The ratings on Yelp are more accurate and reflect the poor experience dealing with rude people at your business that I also had there. Ratings on other platforms are "cooked" and not reflective of people's poor experience there. Try to do better and you won't have poor reviews like mine and others

The atmosphere is great the attitude from the staff is great they are very nice, friendly and they will talk to you and joke around I wish some of the other gun shops are like that instead of making money off you and send you on your way. AAA Gun & Ammo offers a very nice indoor shooting range for the customers to come in and shoot. They do sale target ammunition's for all kinds of weapons just have to ask when you come in. They do have a men/women restroom inside of the store it's located in the middle of the store by the accessories. Over all experience is top rated and why I say this? Is because they offer layaway for reasonable cost, they are easy to deal with and they will take their time out to work with you on the weapon of any kind you may want or get for a gift to your love one or friend.
