On the day of the project, his crew ran a bit late as they were working on a gate that required more time than they thought. Nevertheless, they still made it to my home and began the two half days of work. Overall, Roman and his crew did a great job building two separate fences at my home. The first fence was built using redwood from Berco Redwood and was for the side and front of the house to hold the waste containers as well as a small dog run. The second fence he and his team built was smaller and constructed of cedar and used to hide pool equipment and for a bit of modern aesthetic purposes. During the project, there were a couple hiccups while we figured out small details about angles of the fencing and overall length. Roman and his team were respectful and adapted the design to my changes and demands. This was difficult to do as there were already posts installed into the ground. However, he was able to work it out and everything went well. For a small fee, he even fixed my backyard fence that was damaged and wasn't on our quote. I'm very particular about how things should be designed and built and Roman recognized this and was able to build exactly what I was looking for. His crew works hard and has all the right equipment to do the job. There was some jackhammering that needed to happen because of some existing concrete, and his crew took care of that with ease. Roman is a nice guy and wants to ensure the customer is happy. I really appreciate that. Yes, I would hire Roman again to build a fence for me.

When I didn't hear anything by the end of September, I texted to let Henry Construction know that my husband would be in the hospital in early October and I didn't want them to show up then. Still no word back. By late October, I texted again regarding when work might start, and I didn't hear anything back. On October 29, and again on October 30, I made calls to Henry Construction and left voicemail. NO RESPONSE. On November 1, 2024, I texted the Henry Construction sales rep asking what the timeline was. NO RESPONSE. I also sent a message to Henry Construction on their FB page, and had no response. On November 26, I made a call to Henry Construction and left voicemail. NO RESPONSE. I chatted with the Henry Construction website: NO RESPONSE. We decided to do business with this company because my husband is a veteran and Matt Henry was a veteran (now I'm not even sure that is true). We thought, as a veteran, he would be a man of integrity. At this point, he has not replied to any correspondence of any kind... that is not integrity. We want our deposit back and apparently now have to take this man to court in order to try to get it. An update as of mid-December... we happened to see and speak to a former employee of the company and have found that we are one of several customers who put down deposits for a new fence and have not received our money back, nor has the work been done. So now we have NO fence, and NO money to continue that process.

Would not recommend reaching out to Henry Construction Fencing for staining needs in the Boiling Springs area as the contractor/partner they use produces this type of work.

Day One Renovations? A timely response and a promptly scheduled, in person consult. Jonathon and Ari were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Timely, proactive, and responsive. When we hired them, it seemed like a no brainer. Now that work is complete, I wish we had hired them sooner. Their attention to detail was tremendous and they left the worksite looking better than it did when they first arrived. Perhaps the biggest compliment of all? They replaced our wire fence Double Gates; and 3 areas of tree damaged fencing They had to dig a trench to fix one section because our neighbor would not clean up their massive tree stump and raised ground. They did it without complaint and I was really grateful. Everything they did; they did well.
