So I say well in another 10 minutes I'll miss my train and the operator replied, "I don't know what to tell you" I was completely appalled. 10 minutes late puts me on a train that leaves 30 minutes later. No big deal right ? I guess not when your job is to sit a phone and dispatch cabs for other people who have to get to work too. Who cares right ? You're already at work. I'm completely disgusted. I've been using the service for weeks with no issue, aside from different drivers charging me an extra dollar. A simple "I apologize for the inconvenience mam" would've sufficed. P.s. it's 15 minutes later and still no car has arrived. Do not use this service! No respect for people's time.
